So, I have recently obtained a Sentinel that I have called Melkor. Though one might mistake him for a nice fellow from his glib tongue, allow me to assure you that he is not. The running theories is that either his egg got too cold for too long or he hit his head as a Fledgling one too many times while trying to fly, but it doesn't change the bottom line: Melkor is a mean-spirited Sentinel. Thankfully he has found a focus for his negative behaviors and has become a successful and somewhat sadisitic Hunter. I suppose he could best be summed up as an antagonist who's bidding his time.
It is my intention for Melkor to eventually become a Keeper or either Warals or Serpes, Warals being preferred (if only for availablity's sake). I also fully intend to have him eventually invade another Sentinels territory in an attempt to take it over.
All this being said, I thought it would be nice if Melkor could have some acquaintances before I toss him in the RP arena. Maybe his old Minder, some poor naive Sentinel that believes everything Melkor says, etc. Fledglings would also be nice, not because Melkor likes Fledglings, but because he likes to corrupt fledlgings.
So... anyone brave enough to be an acquaintance of Melkor?

Hmmm... Well, if no one will take you up on it.... Was Melkor raised by minders?
If so, mebbeh he and Odd could know eachother from their younger seasons. If not, mebbeh they took lessons together, or something similar.
Odd is a very quiet, reserved albino aberrant. I imagine that if they did know eachother, Melkor might of picked on him, leading to a strong dislike for the hunter? -is just musing-

Yes, Melkor will have been raised by a Minder(s).
As a Fledgling he was most probably a bully and would've been mean, but only in a childish way (pick on the fat fledglings, aberrant fledglings, etc.). Now that he's grown older and smarter he's also grown meaner, but has become more adept at hiding it.
So... I can see him disliking Aberrants. I can also see him buttering up Odd to try and “make up for past grievances” because he would find Odd useful, seeing as how he's planning to become a Keeper himself.

Alright.
Odd: I shall not be buttered... -floofs- -falls for some of Melkor's buttering-
He would probably still hold a grudge against Melkor, as he is one of the many youngsters that made him so insecure with taunts.
