I would imagine she feels the same way unless she has explicitely stated otherwise. Have you tried going further? It's always been a bit awkward in the early phases of relationships for me when we're both unsure of what the other wants. So talk to her about it. Like I said, she probably feels the same way and is just unsure of who should initiate the next step.

I totally agree with this.
Talking is the best thing you can do.
It's good to get everything out there on the table so you both understand eachother and what you want.
It'll save a lot of unsure awkwardness..
