You're a Merrow! Merrows are a bit like Mermaids, but they carry with them at all times, a small red cap and they have two forms. When a Merrow wears it's cap, it takes the form of a seal and lives as a seal does. If the Merrow ever wants to go ashore, it takes off the cap and has a human form.
