What character did you want the most to get into brawl, before we knew any characters.

I was hoping that a black mage from final fantasy or somethin would show up... (My hopes were high too seeing as they were working on a few DS and Wii games together) But realistically I was really hoping that meryl, ocelot, liquid or someone else from metal gear would be playable.

People will hate me for this but Sonic, the reason I bought my WII just for Brawl and the final decision was due to Sonic appearing.

Lucas for me, especially since i just finished Mother 3 before i heard about Brawl.
