I only just took a closer look at the calender, and I wanted to ask: did anybody else here not notice til just now that Anime Boston falls on Easter Sunday this year? I know some of us won't care at all, especially people who aren't Christian, but I was wondering if this is affecting anybody elses plans. Also, does anyone have any info on Easter themed or related events? Speculations on how Easter might affect the con?

Really? I didn't know this had happened before. I didn't expect it to affect attendence much at all, but I wonder if it will affect the cosplays.

All I know is that Good Friday means I don't have to go to school on the 21st.

Yeah, I noticed. They were mentioning it in the forums on the site at the begining of the year and they were saying how in 2003 (when they first held it) that it was also held on Easter at the time. One of the forum regulators mentioned that they didn't get too many people for that con, but they werent sure if it was because of it being Easter weekend, or because they didn't do enough advertising. xd

Anywho, many have been telling me that they doubt Easter will make a difference on the number of people going. But I'm still curious to see how things will pan out by Sunday.
