The headquarters of the Hanekage had been rebuilt after the last war. It would be used as the administration head for Hanekages to come. Missions and other important topics would be assigned and discussed here.

Azure had returned after being absent during the Ichijin uprising. He was dressed in the white of the Ichijin with the Hanekage hat. The symbol of the Gaioh feather embossed upon the front.

There was a sudden knock on the Hanekage's door. Outside stood Chaos, once more he had come to talk with Azure. The last time Chaos was at the office he destroyed the office. What was Chaos up to this time.

The Hanekage said. He sounded tired... This was probably due to another mountain of paperwork upon his return.

Chaos walked into the office but stood in the door way. He didn't say a word, he simply raised his hand up so that his fist pointed at Azure. Then suddenly from his cloak a sword flew out straight at Azure. It was Azure's sword Judement.
Chaos turned and walked out of the office after launching the sword. By the time Azure had avoided the sword and glanced back at the door, Chaos would be gone.

As Chaos flung the sword at the Hanekage, he didn't even flinch. Azure's eyes changed from gold to solid white, becoming two milky pearls ingrained in his head. Judgment stopped just as the tip was an inch from the man's head, almost touching his nose. The sword was caught in a tiny, elongated cylinder of flowing winds, which held it in a strong, vise like grip.
The blade was slowly pulled backwards by an unknown hand until it was in front of the Kage's desk. Azure's eyes returned to normal and the sword fell to the floor. It imbedded itself within the hardwood floor at the foot of the Kage's desk. When it was not moving anymore, Azure went back to his paperwork.

The 2nd Hanekage handed a mission request form back to a carrier ninja. It seemed that the newly re-established hospital needed supplies. Making the ninjas of Gaioh go on herb hunts would both alleviate the boredom that seemed to fog over the village and spread the ninja out about the countryside. Besides breaking up the large groups of idle ninja, thereby preventing a possible revolt, it would also strengthen the borders of the village by having a bunch of scouts all over the place.

No one would know Tougura had entered the hanekage's office, as he had entered through a high window and directly into his room. Looking back at his cloak, Tougura couldn't help but feel sick. He let the cloak slide off and, mainly out of spite, hung it over the window like a curtain. The flamboyant red and, now, white design would be sure to catch Azure's eye if he approached the building, but that's what Tougura would count on.
"Guess now I wait..." he gave a silent sigh and, using up the last bit of respect he had for the village, sat on the floor, rather than in the hanekage's seat, in an indian-style position.

The 2nd Hanekage skated in through the window as if he was riding a surfboard made of the very winds which billowed up the flamboyant cloak to allow entrance. He dismounted and landed in his seat. He placed another stack of papers that he was carrying on the desk.
This was all before he saw Tougura.
"May I help you?"

Tougura smirked as he saw the way Azure had entered the room. Like himself, Azure had seemed to realize the concepts and adaptability of the ichijin jutsu.
"You might be able to Azure-sama." he said as he tossed a rather large, brown book onto the desk.
"I want back into my clan grounds. You should be able to make it happen considering you are the hanekage and a member of the ichijin clan." he raised an eyebrow at the hanekage. Even after using a jutsu large enough to blanket the entire village in light, he seemed unphased.

Even though it was impossible to see... Azure had strained his blessed seal in his last stint with Chaos. It was hibernating. Azure was just a normal person for the moment.
"When did you get banished?"
The 2nd asked Tougura, unknowing what had been transpiring since his absence.

Tougura was surprised that word of it had yet to reach Azure's ears.
"Our...your clan banished me for joining up with Chaos in the war. It seems that they don't take kindly to small acts of genocide." Tougura gave a small scoff at this. While he had only beaten, and possibly killed, three or four ichijin during the war, it seemed to be enough for the clan to board up Tougura's home and bar him from entering the clan grounds.
"It doesn't have to be a permanent fix, I just need to have it open to me for a week or so."

"Dammit..." Tougura cursed as he kicked himself up and retrieved the law book from Azure's desk.
"First you K.O Chaos, then you're not willing to help, and now you're telling me that the only person who can help me is practically in a coma!" he ripped the cloak from the window and jumped out onto the sill.
"You're really working against me today Azure." he turned back to the hanekage one more time and said,
"Keep the cloak. Red and white never went well together." before kicking off and sliding away from the window on an air current, heading towards the hospital and only hoping that Masamune was in a right enough condition to listen to Tougura's case.

The 2nd Kage contemplated the situation the village was in at this time.
-The old Ichijin leadership had finally died off. There was little of the old village left anymore.
-The cursed seal had been stripped off of all beings within the territory of Gaioh. It was hopeful that it would never return and the blessed seal never used again.
-Chaos was returned to his original human self. All the impure actions taken while Azure was in power, but wasn't stopped, were finally dissolved.
-The village was rebuilt and the next jounin exam was coming up to shore up the numbers of ranked ninja that died...
Azure gave a silent prayer that the leadership of Gaioh would not fall into immoral habits again... that Gaioh would be the beacon it was in the beginning of its reformation.
