Ever since ancient times there has been a war between angel's and devils. The war got very nasty and violent until the angels finally defeated the devils and there was peace for a time. However, the war has started once again, and this time the devils came fully prepared and have already killed many. The angels are struggling for victory and continue to fight for their lives. They are outnumbered but are still victorious in battles although not as many as the devils are. The war rages on, destroying many, but the angels and devils refuse to give up. No one knows who will win and who will perish on the battle fields.

Rules

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST!!!

1- BE REALISTIC!!! (This includes no random entrances, no straying from the story, no being all powerful, etc.)

2- Don't add extra characters that are not already listed. If they are all taken and you want a part, PM either me with the character form filled out so we can review it.

3- If you create a character please keep posting as long as possible. If you want to leave the RP, please tell me and make a realistic exit in the RP. Don't leave everyone hanging.

4- If you are going to be gone for a certain amount of time, please tell me before you leave, and find a way for your character to not do anything without it leaving a huge gap in the story.

5- If you must talk normally, put 2 parentheses around what you say. ((Like this)).

6- TALK IN THIRD PERSON, PAST TENSE ONLY!

7- BE LITERATE!

11- Make sure your posts make sense! Read the other posts so you know what's going on so you don't say something that doesn't make sense or is completely opposite of what somebody else posted.

12- Let people react to your posts. Don't take control of other people, such as saying that you killed somebody or describing their actions.

Also, there are no humans, only angels and devils. We are not on the planet earth (I honestly don't know what to call the planet the role play is on right now). Things are similar to earth on this planet but a bit different. Such as different types of animals and stuff, but humans don't exist.

Angel/Devil: Angel
History: Arlayna doesn't remember her past from when she was a child. She knows her parents were killed but she doesn't know how or when. She was taken care of by a man who fought in the war and taught her everything he knew (except for information about her past) and trained her how to fight. Eventually he was killed on the battle field and she was left to care for herself and eventually devoted her life to the war.
Power: Hypnotism, healing.
Weapons: Two swords, and a dagger.

Name: Neferet Leirien
Age: 24 years old.
Gender: Female.
Angel/Devil: Devil (she is second only to Satan, and his most trusted ally).
Power: The power to cause others their worst pain and torture. Whether it be a memory, or physical/mental pain.
History: Unknown. There are rumors that she is the "wife of the evil one", which she is often known as. But no one is sure where she came from, who she is, and what she did to gain Satan's trust.
Weapons: Sword, bow and arrow, and a dagger given to her by Satan.

Name: Olivia
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Angel/Devil: Angel
History: Her appearance varies by her day to day life. As princess she proposes her self as quiet and proper, but much like her Mother she is a free spirit. But there always was a difference between them. She had taken some action about getting outside these walls. Deep in the night she would climb over the walls and watch the angelic legions prepare for battle. She watched them with facination. A part of her wishing she would be one of them. Knowing that her famous bright blue eyes may give her away, she instead watched them train and joined them. Disiplining herself to be better than any soldier that she watched. She is solely focused on defence and control. She couldn't actually imagine killing someone mainly due to her angelic blood. How far could she go? Sadly, she still has not quite realised she may have to kill to save.
Power: Purification and healing
Weapons: A small dagger she stole from a sleeping legionair
Description: Olivia is a kind and sweet soul despite the tragedy of war bestowed upon her young life. She is optimistic from her mother, but holds the same ice in her veins as her father. She learns at an amazingly fast pace and is always eager to learn. She is also very charismatic thanks to her royal upbringing.

History: Soot was born from darkness and remains in darkness. She never knew her parents, as is the custom in the underworld (or Hell). Soot's name was given to her by the other devils she grew up with, though all of them made fun of her at times and would call her "Purity" instead (a horrible name for a devil). Soot grew up small and became good at plucking out eyes, which is one of the only reasons she was enrolled in the army. Army life for her turned out to be cruel and degrading, as she was sent to the front lines often. She's seen many battles, and because of her small stature she has kept alive. The first time she laid eyes on an Angel, Soot fell in love. She admired the beautiful light that came from them, and envied their holyness. Now Soot is a Lieutenant and has command over a small devision in the army of darkness. Outside she is cruel and evil, on the inside she longs to be a pure, heavenly angel.
Power: The power to create a huge minion (on which she rides), and possession.
Weapons: A dagger, and a sythe.

History: Shouhei had grown up in a poor family, they were starved, cold, restless almost everyday. His family and everyone he had known had died from the last war when Shouei was but a boy of 5. Now, 16 years later he seeks revenge against the side that had caused the death of his family. The devils...the very demons themselves..He wanders alone, cold, quiet, without trying to get close to anyone..
Power: Jumping, telekinesis

Description: Calm, Quiet, strong-willed, hardworking, intelligent, cold at times, but he can be really kind and caring to those who he loves dearly. He loves music, art, and reading. Or swordsmanship and practicing and training by himself.

History: Little is known about Daisanji, even to those that knew him before what many call 'his trip'. He grew up a smart, and virtuous boy, but when he was enlisted to fight, he ran. For many years he was away, but one day he returned one of his wings ripped off, and a eye missing, but he acted as if nothing had ever happened. After that he was very independent, and quiet, and while his body was small, and one wing and eye gone, his skills with a sword are second to none.
Power: Crippled flight- he can fly with his single wing because he is so light, but it pains him greatly, so is rarely done. Light aura- even in the darkest of places, his entire body gives off a silvery glow.
Weapons: European style sword, and poisoned dagger.

History: No one knows where Hearken came from. His parents were murdered when he was just a small baby. He was taken in by the Army when he was 6 and trained to fight in the war. He never really talks much but is an excellent fighter. Fighting means everything to him, it is his life. He fights with all his strength and until the end. There's nowhere else he'd rather be then on the battlefield fighting for his life and his race. He wants to die on the battlefield and nowhere else.

Angel/devil: Angel (the highest priestess of all angels)
History: Avakorin grew up with many other priestesses in training. She didn't know who her father was, but her mother was a priestess and very much respected by others. Inspired by her mother, she volunteered to become her apprentice. Eventually, her mother went into battle against the devils, was taken hostage, and was killed by willingly giving her life to save the lives of others. Avakorin quickly worked her hardest to fill in her mother's footsteps and take her place. It took many years for her to do this, but she was eventually rewarded and became one of the most respected and loved priestesses in history.
Power: The ability to look into the past (rather than the future).
Weapons: An ancient sword used and blessed by many priestesses that lived before her. She also has a bow and arrow that was passed down to her by her mother who was very skilled in archery.
