well this is a long story so here it goes!i havent been on much due too family problems!my brother and his girlfriend have lost thier kids to child protective services!im fighting for custidy of his two kids!this is a long and painful thing to have to deal with!if we loose both kids will be pt up for adoption!the judge we have is a b***h!please excuse my laungage!but she is hell bent on takeing these kids away from my family,the oldest is a girl who is not my brothers,and she is mixed half black and half white,so the judge doesnt want to place her with a all white family!im fighting for them and hopefully the judge will have some mercy on me and my husband due to the fact hes black and im white!we have been married for 14 years and together for 15 and have two sons that are also mixed!idk this is such a hard thing to go threw!but if im not on or dont get to talk to yall that much thi is why!

OMG... no wonder coming on here isn't on your mind at the mo.
I voted that I would fight too, as family is family and no-one would ever take mine away.
Is there any way that your bro can sort himself out so that he may get them back himself?
If not, then I really hope that you win.
I don't envy the predicament you are in at the moment, but really admire your determination and commitment to your family. These qualities in people seem to be missed these days, so its nice to see someone like yourself wanting to keep the family values together and stick by your kin.
I wish you both luck and hope that the judge see's that you would make perfect parents for the kids.

so far my bro still has his rights,the mother has lost all her rights to the kids!we will know on the 20 th if he is going to loose his rights they have already fond my mother unfit to raise the kids!idk what my family wants me to do,im so lost at the moment so many emotions and no one i can talk to that understands the sittuation!me and my brother dont get along any more since he stole my christmas money out of my purse!i dont want him at my house or anywhere around my kids!so its hard,if i do get custody he wouldnt be allowed at my house,and my family is very upset with me because of this ,but hes will steal from me again if he gets the chance and im not giving him that chance! confused cry confused cry stressed stressed stressed confused cry confused cry confused cry stressed

i can understand a bit of what youre going through. if sweety_honey had died in the accident, i would have to be fighting for custody if little man cause im not his legal protector. at least i know i would have had her family behind me to make sure i keep him since his own real dad still doesnt want to get a job and help support him. you have to think about the kids before anything else. i hope it all works out for you though and gl with all the bullshit.

ok sorry i havent been on a lot of stuff going on tommorow is our court date to find out who gets the kids,on top of that we had to admit the baby to the hospital for loss of blood threw a circumssion he had this morning!hes not doing good right now but i will keep yall informed!

Holy crap what a crazy tangle! I am not sure what to say, in WHAT order, but YIKES! My heart and thoughts go out to you in too many ways to type..... what a brain overload. One has to wonder why are you getting so many challenges at once?? lol
Yesterday was the court date, and I do not see you around today, I hope you are ok, and I am truly worried about the baby.... Please keep up posted when you can, and know that you have TONS of support.

sweatdrop ok we went to court they are going to give my brother 6 more weeks to get his parenting classes and drug classes completed and prove to them hes not going to do the kids wrong!!!!they left custody of the kids with my mom for right now and said that if my brother so much as stomps his toe and they dont like it they will snatch the kids out of the home,but my sister and i have both filed intervintions so if they get takin away from my mom who cant legelly adopt the kids because of her age,they are going to check out me and my sis so we can keep the kids in our family!!!!!so we will have them for awhile atleast!!!with all hopes for keeping them forever!!!!

the baby was in the hospital three long days!they had told us that they thought there was something in his blood that was causing him to not replinish his blood count,but they ran the test a second time and it wasnt what they thought thank god!!!!he had losrt all that blood cause the lady that did the circummsion had cut him to deep!!!~stupid lady~anyway he is home now and doing good we have to take him for a follow up on friday to the doctor that was taking care of him at texas childrens hospital here in houston,who i may add is a wonderful doctor!!!!the baby has the greatest care possible!!so he ok now~dances with joy~!!!!!!

I'm so glad that the kids are staying in the family, and that the baby is ok too biggrin Thats wonderful news biggrin biggrin biggrin

its so hard with him hes my step dads only child and my brother does no wrong and when hes proven wrong they always make excuse for him im threw with him!as for the babies i will fight with everything i have in me for those babies!!!!!we are waiting on the cps ladies right now they are doing a ome study with our family and the kids!it is a realy big deal to them that jayden the 18 month old baby girl is mixed half black and half white,they are not understanding that it dont matter to us my husband is a blak man and we have been married for 14 years and toghther 15!!!so this is not a problem i always have my sisterinlaws boys,since they were born!!i dont matter the color we still love them!!!!!!
