I'll see what I can find -personally, I love carrot cakes; if you add cream-cheese icing on top too, then... well, it's yum. biggrin

All right, I had a look online... here's a page with different carrot cake recipes. I'm not sure how good/bad they are... but I hope they'll be tasty. ^_^" That first one with mayonnaise, though... I don't think I'd try that. MAYONNAISE in CARROT CAKE?! o_O Sometimes things like that can taste good, but the next one down looks more probable for the type of carrot cake I'm thinking of. sweatdrop
But anyway, if you want to be safe, chocolate cake is always good -unless the person you're giving it to either doesn't like it (which would be uncommon) or is allergic to chocolate... er... cocoa, rather.
I know my sister makes a really good microwave chocolate cake... can't get the recipe right now but I looked another up online. http://www.foodlovers.co.nz/recipes/display.php?id=254
Again, I haven't used these recipes so I don't know how they'll be... but they should be all right. smile
(The last link also has a link to a measurement converter, which could be helpful)

Is it too late to give my input?
In any case the only no bakes around I know about are those instant cheese cake mixes- you shouldn't have to use a stove or microwave on those. Other than that you can no bake the old fashioned way and just buy a cake. Unless you are super bad at cooking most box cakes are easy to prepare as the instructions are simple and you don't need to do much before sticking it in the oven. Practice makes perfect so even if you waste money messing those up at first in the long run you'll end up save more since you are able to just do it yourself using those as buying cakes can be costly especially depending on who you buy them from! mad

Yeah, I like the pre-mix cakes. smile They can be nice -and don't take as long to prepare (and there's less chance of error!). X3

XD Hehe. Yeah, mayonnaise in a carrot cake does sound suspicious. o_O
Well, you could always equate the equivalent in years, Ura. I mean, one human year is 7 dog years, etc. ^_^"
