Exteel is a MMOG because it mixes shooter game play with RPG qualities. I've played it the last few days & there's always TONS of people online playing. Very comparable to any MMORPG
Right now I'm a lvl 18 Pilot with the rank of Staff Sergeant mrgreen . I call the Mech you see, Carnivac. My 2nd Mech I named Unicron

I wouldnt call it a MMORPG but its an MMO for sure, always a bunch of players online to play with or against, quite a few options on how to play, be it melee or short - long ranged attacks, but it also comes with the ability to switch weapon modes so you dont have to be running away with those sword bearing bastards..
In really fun to get into, and it has a very short learning curve, basically you can play it decently after the tutorial which is a must do thing!
I even killed Valas a few times the first day I was playing it =D hehe so you dont have to have an uber mech to kill the uber mechs, just a bunch of luck and a bit of skill.. biggrin hehehe, I deffinetly reccomend Exteel to anyone who's really searching for a free way to kill mechs and time, with every kill comes a bit of XP and the more xp the more you level up which raises your stats and makes you a stronger fighter, and also you gain gold and with that shiny little thing you can buy upgrades for your mech and new weapons, and Ive got to admit some of those mechs ive been figthing just look to sweet to give up.
Reach for the sky and pull that thruster gauge and charge your oponent head on with a sword m8's.. dont let this one go untried!

 That's the original pic... S.D. mode is basically like,"look like a little kid mechanaught", type of thing

Not sure myself, I didn't play long enough to really check game modes (stupid laptop *kicks*), but I think there were Deathmatch, T. Deathmatch, I believe there was capture the flag too, then again, not so sure.
