It's been three years since Lucy had died, but did she really die? Who is this new Diclonious that is showing up everywhere and seems to be harmless?

The story is based on a new Diclonious, Minaoru, but I call her Mina or Mina Chan for short. Even though Mina didn't to kill, didn't want to hurt anyone, people always pushed her, teased her, hurt her, and treated her like an animal. Mina does have a vicious side, as all Diclonious do in their nature. She knew it was because of her horns. Her horns were different from most Diclonious. They were black instead of white. Although she couldn't understand why, she knew she was suppose to kill. Thats why she was here, thats what she was made for. Mina didn't want to kill, never did she. The horns controlled her, they made her arms come out, they tried brainwashing her but never did she give in. All she wants is a real friend, to show her not everyone is like everyone else. Mina is now almost eighteen, and still is confused on the world.
There are two types of people you can be, a Diclonious or a Human. You can choose where you want your character to go. :]

RULES:
- I run this Role play, which means I'm fair, but if you cross me the wrong way or disrespect people/cause problems/go against me, I will blacklist you.
- I'm asking this as the most important rule. PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST IF YOU JOIN. If you join this Role play and do not post, I will greylist you. If you continue to ignore it, you will be blacklisted until I have a reason of why you were not posting. Also, tell me if you will not be able to post. Everyone right now will be on the whitelist.
- Please post all character profiles in a PM to me. :]
- I always make this very clear, please use proper grammar and post at least five sentences. If you have writers block I can understand, I get that often, but all I ask is for effort. This is a literate RP.
- Romance is fine as well as blood and gore, seeing as this is Elfen Lied, but keep it to a minimum. Gore you can go up to R, as I said it is Elfen Lied, but if it's romance, please keep it PG-13.
- When posting OOC, use brackets or parenthesis or something of the like please. :]
- Finally, have fun! I want people to like this Role play because they're interested, and it makes them just want to see how the story will turn out. Thank you for those who join, and please have fun!

I'm gonna put my character up now so everyone gets an idea of her.
Gaia Name: Electrikk Glowsticks [EG-Chan].
Diclonious or Human?: Diclonious.

Likes/Dislikes: Likes; Drawing, classical music, animals, writing, and trying to make friends. Dislikes; Arrogance, hurtful words, bullies, and liars.

Gaia Name: Kokoriyu [call me Sakura] Human or Diclonious?: Diclonius Character Name: Charlotte Age: 16 Background Information: She was accepted in her family as a baby despite the two white little horns atop her head. She had a little brother, a mother, and a father. When her vectors appeared, she accidentally killed her little brother without knowing it. Afraid, her parents turned to doctors for an answer, one of which recognized what Charlotte was. She was sent to the Laboratory and tested on for years. Then, one day she got so upset with all the pain and testing that she killed those behind the glass and escaped. Appearance[Picture only please~!]:  Personality: Shes a little unhinged mentally, and often talks to her dead brother as if he were next to her. Otherwise, she is very shy around those she doesnt know and outgoing with her friends. Likes/Dislikes: Likes; everything but pain and applesauce dislikes; apple sauce, pain
