And at last, the promise of the warmer days of Spring had been fufilled as life once again sprang up in the world. A large field of sunflowers adorning the edge of a large pond brightened this little corner of paradise. A gap inbetween the two held a large tree, with a gap at the bottom, where Hope had originally had her two kits with Bruno. The tree itself was as gorgeous as the land around it.
"Listen, you're going to get yourself killed if you go into the bramble of sunflowers, Veiove." Hope scolded.
The natural mother she tried to be wouldn't allow her own spawn to wander off into the partch of sun-like flowers in fear that the little kit would get lost. Hope blocked the little kit's sight of the flowers and looked down at her. She didn't like this part of her job, but it was necessary through her eyes. Hope picked up the little kit and brough her closer the the tree in an attempt to keep her away from it.
"I'll take you in there when you're older." Hope hinted with a wink.
Veiove, heeding her mother's last comment sighed and looked out a the distance. She was so demure in size and personality, there wasn't a chance she would even try to go into the sea of yellow. Why on earth was she being scolded by her mother for something she hadn't even thought of? Veiove pouted a little, hurt by her mother's pointless scolding. She didn't dare speak a word.
Where's daddy? she wondered to herself.

Bruno was pacing through the large field of sunflowers along the edge of a large pond. He was heading towards a great willow tree. It was the one that he was at when he and Hope met. He gazed thoughtfully as a little kit with tiny horns happily dodging through the gaps the sunflowers made.
"You better not knock any down, Theia,"said Bruno laughing.
"Yes, father."replied the little kit trying to be careful not to knock any down. The sunflowers were at least four times her height and the flashes of sunlight that came through shone on her cream colored fur. She was rather hyper that she was going to see her mother and sister really really soon. She was hard put to stop jumping around and wondering why her father was walking so slow, though he was walking rather normally.
"Where is mommy?"asked Theia as they appeared out of the field of sunflowers.

"SISTARRR!" Veiove squeaked when she saw Theia.
She rushed over to her only other sibling and orbited around her once, incredibly excited to see her again. Veiove was known to be very aloof around everyone but her sister. In a way she admired her and could find herself confiding every little bit of her lifestory to Theia. Thoughts and ideas skimpered through her head as she waggled her little bottom and noticed her father appear out of the field of sunflowers. Veiove finally understood why Hope had prevented her from going into the field. She must have known he was coming from that direction.
Hope followed behind her kit with a sigh of relief. She had picked up Bruno's scent through the aroma of the flowers very faintly and knew instantly. She passed her kits after batting at Theia's ear tufts playfully and licking her on the cheek, aware of the horns on her head. Hope then turned to Bruno and lowered her eyes as a warm smile spread over her muzzle. She rubbed up against him affectionately.
"Your Spring is here, honey." Hope said, referring to one of the times they met before.

"Veiove! Mommy!"squeeled Theia happily as she ran to her sister and mother. She loved them both dearly, and missed them when ever they were apart. They were all very very very fun to play with. Theia happily bounced around and around them like a miniature moon.
"I'm so happy to see you! How have to been?"asked Theia still bouncing around happily.
Bruno laughed and nuzzled Hope lovingly, "And so is my Hope."

Veiove smiled and tilted her head, now in a much calmer mood. Her ear twitched once before she pawed at the ground and her heart began racing. In a quiet voice, she replied to Theia, seeing as her mother was preoccupied with their father.
"Moms taught me how to mooch off of other family members." she said with an almost lost grin.
She was of course referring to their most recent trip to her Aunt Faith's home and she even saw her cousin Gloria.
Hope blushed a little, having almost forgotten Bruno's gentle touch. She let her head roll around on her shoulder's releasing a little stress and sighed, exhausted for mkeeping up with little Veiove. Eve nthough she didn't show it, the little kit was a lot like her mother in a sense. She had her own energy that never failed to keep Hope unentertained.
"These kids..." Hope laughed. "Can't see how my sister put up with four."

"Really?"asked Theia excitedly, "Can you teach me? Purty purty please?"She asked trying her best to do puppy eyes. She wondered excitedly who her other family members looked like.
Bruno laughed, and said,"I have no idea...I think that two is enough chaos....well, at least for now."

Veiove blinked twice, not entirely sure how to answer her sister's question. It was mostly a spur of the moment kind of deal, and it really couldn't be planned. Veiove however, did have a way with words and tried her hardest to make it seem like it was something that could be thought out.
"Well, you know, I suppose you'd hafta be all puppy-dog eyed and hang around them a lot."
Hope laughed softly at Bruno's comment and ended it with a quick, content sigh. She enjoyed having her man back around, so keeping up with their balls of fluff wouldn't wear her out so much. Her green eyes gazed back and forther over the horizon, keeping a dilgent watch on the surroundings. Ever since the its had been born, her maternal instincts had been naturally heightened tenfold.
"Bruno, I'm a little worried." she came straight out and said it.

"Okie-dokeys."said Theia nodding and bouncinng up and down. She tilted her head, and looked thoughtfully at the field of sunflowers. She titled her head and asked,"Do ya want to go and play in the field of sunflowers? They are berry berry tall!" Theia's eyes growed big.
Bruno blinked. What was Hope worried about? He was silent, thinking for a few moments before asking,"What are you worried about?"
