What is the saddest song you have ever listened too? Three of the saddest ones I've listened to are "What Hurts The Most" by Rascal Flatts, "Concrete Angels" by Martina McBride, and "Alyssa Lies" by Jason Micheal Carroll.

Karo Kiba What is the saddest song you have ever listened too? Three of the saddest ones I've listened to are "What Hurts The Most" by Rascal Flatts, "Concrete Angels" by Martina McBride, and "Alyssa Lies" by Jason Micheal Carroll. Those sure are some sad ones, the one that gets me for some reason is 'Fall' by Clay Walker, not to sure why that one gets me. surprised

This one is sad, yet also has a good message. It's called "Goodbye" by Martina McBride.
And I wonder where you are And if the pain ends when you die And I wonder if there was Some better way to say goodbye

I would have to say You're Gonna Miss This by Trace Adkins, because I just graduated from 8th Grade, and it reminds me of how much I'll miss my class...

master_lust .: Whiskey lullaby by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton. :. You got this song mixed up with "When I Get To Where I'm Going" which Dolly sings on. Alison Krauss sings on that song. It can make me cry. "Whisky Lullaby" is a sad song.

just a dream by carrie underwood. i absolutly looove this song..but it is REALLY SAD
"It was two weeks after the day she turned eighteen All dressed in white Going to the church that night She had his box of letters in the passenger seat Sixpence in a shoe, something barrowed, something blue And when the church doors opened up wide She put her veil down Trying to hide the tears Oh she just couldn't believe it She heard trumpets from the military band And the flowers fell out of her hand
Baby why'd you leave me Why'd you have to go? I was counting on forever, now I'll never know I can't even breathe It's like I'm looking from a distance Standing in the background Everybody's saying, he's not coming home now This can't be happening to me This is just a dream
The preacher man said let us bow our heads and pray Lord please lift his soul, and heal this hurt Then the congregation all stood up and sang the saddest song that she ever heard Then they handed her a folded up flag And she held on to all she had left of him Oh, and what could have been And then the guards rang one last shot And it felt like a bullet in her heart
Baby why'd you leave me Why'd you have to go? I was counting on forever, now I'll never know I can't even breathe It's like I'm looking from a distance Standing in the background Everybody's saying, he's not coming home now This can't be happening to me This is just a dream
Oh, Baby why'd you leave me Why'd you have to go? I was counting on forever, now I'll never know Oh, now I'll never know It's like I'm looking from a distance Standing in the background Everybody's saying, he's not coming home now This can't be happening to me This is just a dream
Oh, this is just a dream Just a dream Yeah, Yeah"

My current one is Carrie Underwood's "Just a Dream." It's so song it makes me cry every time I hear it. Watching her sing it live at the CMA awards was pretty impressive as well. That song has a lot of meaning. sad
