((I remember Ami said she wanted to play Inez, but had nobody to play with... so Ami, feel free to throw Inez in here! heart And if anybody else cares to witness Jariah's freakout...feel free to toss your charrie in too.))
"Women will have no place as my generals."
Jariah was completely enraged, but had tried her best to hide it as she left the young lord's tent. She remained calm on the outside as she walked through the village, past her own tent, and straight to a wooded area outside the camp.
Nikal's word echoed in her head, "Women will have no place as my generals."
Screaming as loud as she could, Jariah whipped out her knife and stabbed the nearest tree. "Stupid FOOL. I should just kill him now so our people won't have to suffer under him anymore." She pulled the knife back out and stabbed the tree again. "Women have no place as your generals? That's because any woman could destroy you in a heartbeat!" Stab. "Or maybe instead of having the pleasure of killing you myself, I should just rally all the females and we could all kill you!" Stab. "Stupid a** of a weakling!"
It was so rare that Jariah lost her cool like that, and it was starting to wear her out. She stabbed the tree one more time before sliding to the ground and sighing. The worst part was, she wouldn't - she couldn't kill Nikal with her lord Malak still in good health. She just couldn't betray him like that... at least not in life. In death, the interest of her people would come first.

((So sorry it took This long for me to get my tail in here!))
Dare he tell me to hide myself. Why wouldn't someone want to see me? She couldn't understand her father. Not that she ever could... but this time, instead of letting her do what ever she wanted, he said to leave! He told her to hide her face.
Inez fled the tent with angry tears washing the trail dirt down her cheeks. They had just came up to a Lord's camp/village ((a little confused on that part sorry)). Andre and the other hunters were sent here to help feed an army - so she was told. And when they stepped up to meet this lord was when her father turned for the last time and told her to flee. Now she made her way to the outskirts of the village, off into the trees.
The spoild female gulped in fear.
"Stupid a** of a weakling" Those words shook the leaves above her.
Now what?! A local idiot female was calling her names for leaving? If she hadn't then what - her father would have forced her away. "I didn't have a choice." She muttered back through the tree. True she couldn't see the female whoe owned such a strong voice, but she wouldn't back down. She was Inez!

Jariah heard the crunching of footsteps somewhere nearby. s**t. Had Lord Malak been out for an afternoon strool? Or Nikal? Or worse... one of Nikal's cronies. Grabbing her dagger out of the tree trunk she yelled into the wilderness, "Where are you? Show yourself, you coward!"
All of her senses were on high alert. Any ruffle of the leaves, any snap of a twig and Jariah whipped her head around too see the cause of the noise.

The dancer jumped from the woman's harsh yell. She gulped loudly and tried to reply with massive amounts of that confidence that had already left. "I... I'm not a coward. I... I am just lost." Okay, so she knew the way back, but it wasn't a lie - in her mind, she truly was lost. Inez hugged herself tightly and hoped that this person wasn't going to attack.
Golden sandaled feet crunched down on the forest floor. "All above and below, please help." Inez muttered, fear growing of this wild woman.

((Figured this might be a good scene to pop Faline in, hope you guys don't mind! heart Let me know if you do, though.))
Faline was right peeved in a way that few things managed to make her so. There she'd been, practicing swordplay and minding her own business, when the shouts and shrieks of some madwoman had nearly made her upend her sword and cleave the feather of her hat in two. (Not to mention her own skull with it.) She loved that feather. She loved her skull even more. This would simply not do.
So she ventured into the trees to say so to whoever it was, naturally.
"What on earth is all this racket?" she chirped, peering from between the bushes to see the furious Jariah and a cowering Inez. "What are you doing to that poor girl? Poor thing looks scared half to - wait a tick, haven't I seen you before?" Mind moving quickly from one thing to the next, Faline studied Jariah's face fearlessly. She looked so familiar... someone Faline had seen among King Malak, perhaps?

((The more the merrier!))
Jariah was about to put her dagger back in it's sheath and send Inez on her way when Faline came through the trees. This undoubtedly looked like a bad sitiuation. She lowered her dagger, and then put it away. "Just a misunderstanding. I heard noises, and thought she was a threat. I'm sorry if I disturbed you."
Turning to Inez she added, "And I'm sorry if I startled you. The village is that way, miss. Do try to be more careful next time. You could have been attacked by robbers or killed. If you would like an escort, I would be more than happy. As a general of King Malak's army, it's my duty to ensure the safety of the citizens."

"Well, THAT explains it," Faline trilled, sweeping back a few stray tendrils of hair from her eyes in a rather dramatic gesture. The noise had ruffled her far less than she'd made it seem, but the exaggeration amused her. "But really, do be more careful next time or someone might-"
A gasp, as Jariah mentioned she was a general.
"Oh. OH! You're Jariah, general to King Malak! No wonder I recognized - terrible of me to forget who you were, suspect I'd lose my head if it weren't attached."
