If I died,
would the world care?
I don’t think so,
cuz I’m only one person in that big flow.
If I died,
would my town care?
I don’t think so,
cuz I’m not a part of it.
If I died,
would my friends care?
I don’t think so,
cuz I have none to begin with.
If I died,
would my parents care?
I don’t think so,
cuz I never really existed for them.
If I died,
would you care?
I think you would,
cuz I know you love me.
So I keep living,
through the hard times.
Year after year,
Second after second.
Not for the world,
not for my town,
not for my friends,
not for my parents,
but for you and only you.
I’ll always live for you,
because I love you.
