Tensions have been straining high as the great Kaitou Dark continues to evade all attempts at arrest! Commander Hiwatari's father has forced him to hire Chronos's professional assassins from a distant country, the 'Chrono Numbers'. They are on strict orders to 'aprehend on sight', but that could change at any time...
The Commander was not happy to do this, and so, not to be outdone, he also sent out a call to all sweepers and bounty hunters, challenging them to prove their worth against the Chrono Numbers and catch Dark first!
Back in Chronos' homeland, meanwhile, sweepers everywhere are getting pulled in by the promise to out-shine the Chrono Numbers; not to mention the obscenely large ammount of money placed on the Phantom Thiefs head. A few such men are Sven Vollfied, Train Heartnet, and Eve. Over the next week, they work their way over to the distant land where Kaitou Dark is about to embark on his toughest job yet!
And what does the phantom Thief himself have to say about all this? Well... "Hah! I thought it was getting too quiet around here!"

1. Obey all permanent rules of the RP
2. Characters may be PM'd to me or posted in this thread
3. Aside from original characters, all cannons from both shows are claimable
4. Any cannon who is necessary to the plot but has no designated RPer will be temporarily openly RP'd at the users discretion
5. I worked hard to come up with a half-a** decent plot for you guys (just ask any Mod how rare that is), so please don't butcher it! This includes...
6. Any relationship or previous knowledge of someone else's character mist be discussed with the owner of said character and approved by me!
7. All characters in need of approval must be either posted here in OOC or sent TO ME. Do not send them to anyone else, because they will not be approved!
8. Without my direct approval, you may NOT hit on/couple with any cannon already in a relationship (ex: Daisuke & Riku)
9. Please accept all criticism gracefully and don't be an a**! We're all here to RP and have fun, so the last thing we need is some retard ruining it, ne?
10. I reserve the right to adit/add to these rules at any time!
