It just completely illudes me how...*choke* Fairly Odd Parents,aloth it started on the same night as IZ, got farther.
My mom says it's cause IZ appeals to a more Bohemian audience. Whatever that means. She said had something to do with poeple who arent quite...normal.
It's just, how could so many people like...FAIRLY ODD PARENTS?? I mean really, have you seen that show?
I remember when they premered together...

Anyway, it's because Invader ZIM really isn't geared toward kids that are the ages that primarily watch Nick. IZ would have done a lot better on a different channel.

ZIM would do so much better on Adult Swim of The N. Nick is for kids ages 3-13. Honestly, have you seen some of their newer shows?

All my favorite Nick shows get canceled but the stuff that is less "smart" and much more kiddy oriented gets to go on forever. Rocko, Angry Beavers, Zim, I miss them dearly.

The show defiantly wouldn't work without cosmo. But I like timmy...because thats my name...and i wouldve liked some damn fairy god parents as a kid. plus hes secure enough to wear pink.

I'd have to agree with shinobiwan, I mean, those shows that were taken off her SO much better then the ones now. Your can't forget AHH!! Real Mosters, that was a good show too.

I would have to agree that Invader Zim was probably too wierd, insane, crazy, and even whacky for the younger audience. Fairly Odd Parents has these small, easy-to-understand episodes that suits the toddlers or even teens...if they so happen to watch it. I think Invader Zim is quite fitting for any age group so maybe they should have just moved the series to a different network...Half the toddlers that may have watched IZ might have gone insane...We could only hope blaugh

I like both Fairly Odd Parents and Invader Zim, but I think that Invader Zim is for people with a sicker sense of humor. There is nothing wrong with that. Fairly Odd Parents is aimed more at kids, thus being so popular. I think that Invader Zim is better, though.
