So, I'm sure most of you remember, when you got banned we were told to email the General Inquiry. I did this immediately after I got blocked, and got a [Gaia Ticket #]. I PM'ed a mod, which no one has responded to, and then I replied to the ticket number with another email saying I was clearly innocent, but that was not the email I got a response to. I got a response from the first Email I sent.
Anyway, this should look familiar by now:
Your account 'RoxyContin Doll' was banned for botting, which is a
violation
of the Gaia Terms of Service.
"Botting" is defined as using an automated script, macro, program, or
other
means to surf, post, or play games on Gaia in order to earn gold
illegally.
The use of anything which automatically earns gold for you is
forbidden, and
accounts found to be using such software will be banned.
Profiting from the efforts of botters is also forbidden, and accounts
found
to be receiving botted gold or items are banned as well.

Hi, i just recieved an answer to the mail i sent on March 10. The answer was the same but it included this at the bottom: So i sent an email just a few minutes ago telling them i already knew that thread and they answered: Quote: Hello, Then, please be patient. We should have everything worked out by the end of the week. So i guess we just have to be patient.

I got this same exact email but it didn't state anything at the end of it about a link to that thread or anything. It just stated that my account was banned for botting.

Well, all I know is that I've checked my e-mail several times and I didn't get an e-mail from gaia saying why I was banned or not.

-LykeOmg11- Yes, indeed i recieved no mail from gaia explaining me the reasons but i sent one to the inquiry address in the "blocked page". They answered me today although i sent that mail March 10 night. @Lazy_Eyed_Psycho: Maybe the inquiries answered earlier didn't include the "10 March" note at the bottom.

It sounds like they are having some trouble fixing the glich. Untill they fix the glich they can't start to return our accounts. I know it's hard but be patient.
