I found this video of the Paradigm Winter Guard on youtube. It's fantastic, first of all. Around 2:33, they start spinning on the ground, sort of with their legs.
Question: has anyone ever spun like this? How do you do it? confused

sorry, i've never done that. apparently it's possible though. i think they should have used different colored flags for this show, i mean seriously light blue? it's a great show though.
