ok....trent made a song with bowie called "afraid of americans"; great song.
i looked on a couple of websites and the song was on a bowie's greatest hits album....so a week late my mom home with that same bowie's greatest hits album, AND ITS NOT ON THERE! WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT! i had previously been obsessing over this song, and cannot find it....anybody know where the songs is found.

darrenabn You can find it on his album called earthling The video for it is awesome, trent makes a good stalker I believe there's also a single for it, but yeah it's on Earthling. Or downloadable online.

There's like a million variations of that release. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best_of_BowieAlso, the version featured in the music video is the NIN V1 remix. The original that's on Bowie's "Earthling" album is drastically different.

At first he kind of looked like a cheetah to me though.

As a massive Bowie fan, I had the same problem. See, the Best of Bowie that came out in 2002 has two different issues. The one we both have is the single disk version. The one that Afraid of Americans is on in a two disk set! It also has Cat People on Fire (which is a fantastic song). If you get the Best of Bowie DVD set it also has two disks and it has that video on there as well.

I love that bloody song so much. IT's hilarious and beyond true.
