well to start. i have lost 10 pounds since october. I only did so because i had been walking a lot for work. but since i quit because of school work not getting, i havent walked as much. so in turn..havent been getting closer to my goal.
so far today i have done the following:
sit-ups/curl-ups: 55
push-ups: 5 (i hate push-ups...)
stretched
drank: 1 bottled water and 3 glasses of water, one small root beer, pint of milk.

ok so we had our fitness tests in gym class. i did better this time than last.
last test: i ran 27 laps for the pacer. (of 32 for my age and gender) 2 push-ups (of 10 or 12 for my age and gender) about 30 sit-ups (of about 50, i think, for my age and gender) reached 6 on my left leg and 7 on my right (for flexibility) (of 10 or 12 for my age and gender)
this test: ran 32 laps (yay got my goal!) 12 pushups (yay got my goal!) 43 sit ups 8 left, 10 right.
