Hey im looking for new anime to watch here is a list of all the ones i have seen if you know any good ones not on this list post them please. Oh and post how many of these animes you have seen.

Do you like demons and ghost animes?
for fighting try Inuyasha or Inuyasha the Movie 1,2,3,4, story written by the same person as Ranma 1/2
for ghost try Ghost Hunt or XXXHolic, they are okay but good for people who study psychic or supernatural phenomenon stuff.
Was Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles that confusing?

Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of my favorites although it's really confusing. I'd also recommend D.Gray-Man although I haven't watched the entire series. Yakitate!! Japan is funny and it parodies other anime genres/stereotypes. Getbackers is a so-so series with kinda stereotypical characters but they're still fun.
For a more laid back, funny series I agree with Animefan about Ouran but also want to add Azumanga Daioh, which is hilarious.

I've read Air Gear, Aishiteruze Baby, Bleach, Busou Renkin, Chobits, Chrno Crusade, Death Note, DN Angel, Midori no Hibi, Naruto, Negima!, Ranma 1/2, Tsubasa, and some of Tactics.
I've watched Cowboy Bebop, FLCL, FMP, .hack//SIGN, some of Mahoraba, and Outlaw Star.
I've watched and read Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, Love Hina, and Rurouni Kenshin.

It's hard to tell the type you like but I'll give you a list of some of my favs
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (my all time favorite)
- Welcome to the NHK (can be really funny and really depressing)
- Fruits Basket (cute and well made)
- Kanon (cute/funny/and omg depressing)
- Escaflowne (classic awesome fantasy anime)
- Read or Die the TV (I enjoyied it more then the OVA but I think it's because it's more character driven, ending was weird though)
- His and Her Circumstance (100% romance)
- Ouran High School Host Club (funny!)
- Azumanga Daioh (cute and funny)
- Jubei-chan 1 & 2 (girly but cute/funny)
- xxxHolic (something just clicked for me)
Now,
I see you haven't watched Cowboy Bebop yet.
do yourself a favor and find a way too
It's not one of the most highest rated anime ever for nothing wink
