Last week or two I've been having this weird problem, every couple days this scratch appears somewhere on me, normally I pass scratches off as being unnoticed at first being the reason i don't remember getting them, but this time its getting strange. every scratch is exactly 1 inch long, narrow and straight, swollen evenly the whole length and the skin along it is only barely broken. most of them have appeared on my neck except on that just showed up on my arm a couple days ago.
So, what are some causes and solutions to a situation like this?

It's pretty easy to get scratches and bruises and not remember where you got it from. It's quite normal. It's nothing to worry about, and it certainly isn't anything paranormal in all liklihood. It doesn't take much to scratch the skin. I have a scratch on my hand right now that I have no idea where it came from. When it's warmer out and I wander in the woods I get them all the time too and don't remember running into anything.

Normally i do let scratches and stuff go as that, but, every scratch is exactly the same length, swollen perfectly and cut in the same way but are in different places.

Is there a good way of preventing that other than getting rid of the source of the stress?

galdon Is there a good way of preventing that other than getting rid of the source of the stress? If you can mitigate the source of stress, that might not be a bad idea. But not knowing the specific context of your situation, this may not be a good idea. You have to pinpoint if it is really the situation that is stressful, or your own reaction to it that's the problem. There are some situations that are genuinely bad; usually these are the ones you can't change. In that case, all you can do is control how YOU react to and deal with it. Learning how to channel emotions is a part of the Craft too, in many respects.
