Hello, everyone.
I just wanted to know what you all are doing in order to get your account back. Are you acctually doing something, (if so what) or do you believe sit and wait is the best we can do now, or have you maybe even given up hope and accept that we obviously can`t do anything about being banned wrongly?
Another question I have -and I hope this isn`t answered anywhere else and I just didn`t see it- is: Is there anyone who got his or her account unblocked after this day (I belive it was the 19th?), gaia actually unbanned some of the 03/10 victims?

I filed a BBB report about it. Dx But, actually, I am starting to lose hope. If I don't get my account back, I'm not even going to try to get my inventory back. x____x I spent enough time trying to get it in the first place, and doing that again would be a severe waste of time. D:
I don't think I've met very many people who were unbanned on the 19th, let alone after that. DD: I don't think anyone's gotten their account back after that day. T^T

I hold a small amount of hope, but each day it dwindles. They've unstickied the threads (Site Feedback thread keeps getting buried), they're pretty much ignoring things, and I haven't heard of many people getting accounts back after the 19th.
I filed a Feedback Form, but from what I've read, it won't do very much.
Like Teh Chibi Smurf, I'm not going to try to get my inventory back. I didn't have the best and greatest items (if you measure up to cost of the majority of most-wanted items), but I busted my butt to get them. I'm not going to waste my time again with that. Especially since some of my loved items were fishing helms (which took forever to get) - and we all know what fishing will get you (banned!).
So...
A little bit of hope, but not much.

cry i've lost all hope even though i don't even know what botting really is,much less how they do it.i've talked to a few mods & even sent pm's to some admins,but they couldn't be bothered to answer of course.right now i'm just trying to move on with this account but then i start wondering..................how long will i be allowed to have this 1? cry it takes soo much time & hard work to get a decent ammount of gold & items and i did it fairly.i fish by moving my mouse with my hand and its really nobody's fault if a bot buys something from their shop crying gonk

My account has gotten unbanned (it was on the 19th though), what I'm doing is I try to stay in contact with the admin taligator to find out more about the progress on the investigation of accounts. Such as, is the investigation still in progress, do they have a time frame.
I know I won't get answers if I ask "will this and this account be unblocked", so I try to phrase my questions so they can answer them.
Other than that, helping prepare for the next Ask the Admin, where we will basically ask the same questions.
This is for two main reasons, the way I see it:
1. If taligator hasn't answered before then, we will want the answers,
2. If taligator has answered, we will want a statement to point towards for all the occasions when people say that "if you haven't been unbanned, it's because you deserved to be banned".

my main, cardi, was banned because of botting in games. i know i never botted in games, so i am continuing to hope that i will get my main back. i have submitted a feedback form when i found out that my main was not one of the accounts that were unbanned, and i am still waiting for a response on that.
but yes, with each passing day, i am losing hope that i will get cardi back. i am wondering if this is resignation/the healing process/both.
i have stopped going to places that cardi frequented. i can't stand to look at the fishing rankings anymore. my gaia friends know what happened to me, and they are very sympathetic and supportive. i have also told them, however, that i may leave gaia permanently if i do not get cardi back, so they have emotionally prepared themselves for that.
my gaia world now consists of this guild and the march 10 chatterbox hangout. everyday i am anxiously looking for updates, and each negative update is like a blow to my stomach, like the threads getting unstickied and this one guy saying that now he's accused of hacking instead of botting.
and yes, i am also wondering. how long will it take before this account, or my other mules accounts, are taken away as well?

I can't hope anymore, because I don't want to be disappointed. I sent in a feedback form (before I saw the update saying not to). But i've resigned myself to the fact that getting our accounts back is all down to the admins realising their mistake, which they may never do.
And there's really not a thing we can do about it, we can't prove ourselves innocent because we don't know what we're trying to prove against. And the tos protects them from anything we can do to fight it.

And i'm currently selling off my inventory and giving the profits to the March 10th Charity, for the people who want to try and start over. 3nodding (I've not been posting much because I don't want my feelings about all this to get anyone else down. I think it's great you guys are still trying and I wish you all luck.)

I think a lot of people have given up... Which I also think is what Gaia wants... They want the affair to be over with and they know they can get away with a lot by just ignoring people...

I have to admit I'm starting to feel more negative about all this...
I have, however, filed a report now. I was going to spare them the extra work ealier, but because they claim all unfairly banned accounts were already unbanned now I've decided to do that at least. I'm also feeling a bit of hope for those attending ATA... hoping they'll get a positive response.
Is Gaidin still around or have his friends been unbanned now? He was also a small beacon of hope...

I have given up hope of getting my main account back, apparently it will take anything up to 2 years for it to be investigated, and then I may never get it back. My account was apparently blocked for password scamming. After a lot of research and asking around in the forums, I found out I was unwittingly hacked. Something this mum of 3 would not even know how to do. I hate being convicted of something I would never do.
I was wondering what is going to happen to this guild when all the March 10 accused botters get their accounts back.

Even if everyone gets their accounts back who was caught in the actual megaban, leaving just folks who were swept up by the password scammer or banned for some other reason on the 10th. this guild will still have a purpose. There will still be value to having a clearinghouse of information about bans and a place where people who were unfairly banned can go to talk about it without getting hit with the "If you were banned it's because you deserved it." party line.

Thats good I am glad the guild will still exist. I definitely feel there is a future for the guild especially with Gaia's "ban first and we might look into in 2 years" policy.
