I can write excellent stories and stuff but I can't do computer drawing. Just not my thing. So I was thinking like why don't I do a web manga or comic. But I need someone who draws real good and has the time. So post your best drawing of a girl in lolita (colored or not) with a speech bubble and I will pick the best one on April 1st.

Hmmm, I might be tempted to enter if it weren't for the fact that I cannot draw hands to save my life!

Aw. I'd love to be part of a lolita web comic. I'm definitely gonna share my art with you once I get a decent picture finished. -nod-

I didn't get a chance to speak up before, but I hope this helps you:
You might get a better response to your request if you show off some of your own writing projects or the plot idea you have in mind for this comic. Giving the artist an idea of what you want them to be capable of is always a good idea, since different people specialize in or are better at different things. For example, some writers are better at romance, others at action, just like some artists are better at drawing sweet, sugary images that are all soft curves and others are better with hard-edged, action-based figures.
Another place you may want to poke around is in the main forums outside of the guild such as Art Discussion or the Writing subforums.
Good luck with your comic idea and finding an artist!
