Ok personally I'm against character tiers but out of sheer boredom I made this list please comment and tell me what you think should be changed.

Lyn and Knuckle Joe need to be higher, Issac lower.

Well I made Issac 1st from personal experience.
- If you get caught in the hand you're dead.
-He has had perfect accuracy and move activation in all matchs he's been in for me

I say Jill should be lower. She's too slow and easy to avoid.

I think Jeff shouldn't be so high, maybe about 6. Knuckle Joe should be 2, he is the best.

tiers are supposed to be based on a lot of data, and for isaac if you're not on a flat stage his "move"(literally) isn't very effective. as for jeff, if there is a platform beneath him someone can just stand there and not get hit.
