Bio: Cackle is a meele combat expert of considerable skill within the Maximals, Cackle is better known for some of his other qualities. While he is a Maximal, Cackle prefers an offensive approach to battles as well as being outnumbered in a fight as if both traits weren't odd enough for a Maximal, he is known even more for his twisted sense of humor which usually causes him to laugh alone.
