Welcome to the guild! First I would like to thank all of the people who donated to help get the guild up and running! I thank you all!
This guild has lots of different things to do. There are different RP threads, threads to talk about dueling and cards, a yaoi and shounen-ai threads, fanart, bloopers, and more.

Now here are some rules to follow in order for things to go smoothly.
All regular Gaia rules and regulations apply.

NOTE: If wish to post a new thread, PM me or any of the moderators with a message that includes:
-"I wish to post a thread" In the title
-The threads title clearly stated
-The threads subject clearly stated: (RP, art, charectors, games, etc.)
-The message that will be displayed when the thread is posted


General Rules
-Always read the first post in a thread- there are intros and rules on different treads. Not following them could lead to a ban.
-No spamming- If you do not post a message that relates to the topic, or the conversation, it will be considered spam.
-No bashing- Don't bash other members of the guild or characters. It's ok to say you dislike a character, but don't bash.
-No Vulgar Language- keep language down to a PG-13 level
-No Vulgar actions- keep actions down to a PG-13 level
-Posting fanart- There'll probably be a lot of this, and around some of the topics I've seen people getting pretty upset over stolen fanart. PLEASE, if you post fanart, state who drew it and/or the website it's from.
-Posting pictures- Bandwidth is a huge issue for websites, so if you decide to post pictures, don't direct link. Upload the picture onto Photobucket.com or a similar site. [http://tinypic.com]
-No Advertising- Do not advertise for other guilds, shops, or groups.


RPing (follow rules above aswell)
-Be respectful- When RPing, be aware of the others around you. If there is a party, or a certain RP "game" or "story" already going on(ex. looking for somebody, cooking, playing games, trashing something, a chase, etc.) be respectful of what people are already doing, do not spam and post random outbursts. Do something that helps add to the fun, or starts something new.
-No God-modding- For those who aren't familiar with the term, God-modding is when you make yourself impervious to attacks, knows when/where/how the bad guy will attack, etc. It's really annoying and nobody likes it, so please refrain from doing this.
-Don't kill other people's characters- Don't kill off other players without their consent. Ask the person who is controlling the character you want to kill off and ask if it's ok. Also, don't control a person's character. People get annoyed when their actions are chosen for them, unless they say otherwise.

* For Ryou (Ryoh)'s name and Theif King Bakura's name, there are some things I want to point out.
--Ryoh is the romanji way to spell it. Either Ryou or Ryoh is correct.
--For Doroboou Bakura or Theif King Bakura, either way is correct. The only incorrect way is Theif King Akeifa.
AKEIFA IS NOT, NEVER WAS, NOR EVER WILL BE BAKURA'S NAME IN THE EGYPT ARC.
Akeifa is simply a name fanfictions and websites used for Bakura's name, but it was never used in the show/manga. Its simply a fanmade name.
Amane Bakura is Ryoh's dead sister. We only see a brief mention in the manga. She supposedly died in a car crash. We see Ryoh writing to her in the manga. o__o;;

Also - Priest Seth is also a fanmade name. Its Priest Seto in the anime and manga. Deal.

I gotta say...according to Wikipedia...They said things differently...Why don't you see for yourself...

Oh, and Seto's 16 in the Japanese version, isn't he? The make him age 2 years in the dub because he's so tall...

There is some time passage in the manga. I think at the end, the main characters are all 18 (or around there, depending on birthday), whereas at the start they're all sophomores in high school.
When it comes to figuring out modern ages, I tend to go from when it originally started; makes more sense, yeah? I don't feel like doing the math right now, but I think I remember hearing somewhere that they were about 24-ish now~. Good thing I'm turning 19 soon. 8DD j/k XD
