{{ So we have a 'Blackout' Dance coming up. it's a small dance run by our very own cancer research club. It's going to be like a rave with flashy lights, neon colors, glow in the dark stuff, etc. I wanted to dress decora ish maybe and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I don't need accessories (has enough) but for the actual clothing. I'm kind of on a budget. D: But yeah. Posting a website with the article of clothing would be great. i would prefer to wear a skirt but pants are just as fun. Preferably something breathable. And nothing too fancy, it's a small dance run by a club on a budget(x Hahhaha. Any suggestions? }}

Do you not have anything nice you can wear already in your wardrobe?
If not~ TO THE MALL. Take a friend if you want some second opinions. :3 Stores like WetSeal are cheap.

{{ (HIII CANNDIIEEEEE) My wardrobe is pretty dull. D: hahha. Lots of blacks. I don't have many skirts so I thought it would be a good oppertunity for some skirt purchasing. Wet seal? I havent seen one in a while. haha. I'll check it outtt! }}
