~The Seisatsu Clan~
The Seisatsu Clan has always been a clan hidden in mystery. It’s only been until recently that their clan was completely unknown to Gaioh and those who resided within it. Once a bout within Gaioh named Sachi unlocked his powers of the Seisatsu line during his chunnin exams, it peaked the interests of Gaioh's Heartless Angel: Nekage. Because of the boy, Nekage dove into the long forgotten secrets of Gaioh, and made a discovery...
The Seisatsu clan was formed long ago by powerful shinobis that were masters of the Genjutsu and Ninjutsu arts. The shinobis of this village were able to obtain this power by mastering their bloodline trait, primarily their signature trait, the “Gyakugan”.
It is said that only those “Who can see what cannot be seen” are those that were able to fully grasp the full powers, and had the potential to unlock the “Gyakugan” to its full potential. In the wars, many have tried to take and master the Gyakugan for themselves, but were only to find that the Gyakugan was not a trait to be tampered with in under any circumstances. Those that tried to take it mysteriously seemed to vanish off the face of the earth. Due to this, it is also why this bloodline has been nicknamed “The Cursed Bloodline” One cannot go and TAKE the Gyakugan for themselves, they must be born with it. It is for this soul reason that the Seisatsu clan is as Elite as it is. Seisatsu was indeed a powerful clan, if not the most powerful of it's time. However, due to Seisatsu's locations and living conditions, sickness came to the village, and was thought to have wiped everyone out within it's deadly plague.
The Seisatsu Clan is a very unique clan as it does not possess a main branch, and a lower branch within the Clan. Members of the Seisatsu are all considered equal in relative to status aside from those who are more skilled then others. There for, the clan is only run by a single figure from one main leading Figure.

~Location~
The Seisatsu Clan stands now near the outside mountainous regions with Gaioh. Therefor, the clan utilized the mountains so that the clan grounds itself bore into the mountains making underground tunnels for most of the Clan's structures. The Seisatsu clan utilizes both natural, and luminescent inner lighting to see their ways though.
These type of living conditions are also ideal for those within the Seisatsu to constantly train their eye sight and Gyakugans.

~Rules~
To join the Seisatsu Clan, unlike the other Clans here in Gaioh, there are some rules that must be adhered to.
1. If you belong to another Clan already, YOU MAY NOT JOIN SEISATSU
2. To join, you must fill out a form and submit it to Nekage for approval. If Nekage says "No", do not b***h and whine about it, cause I will just delete the message.

~Seisatsu Bloodline~
"THE GYAKUGAN"
(The reverse-eye)
The user's eyes change, taking on an inverse color scheme of their eye colors. A sided square forms around the pupil of the user's eye, and wraps outward around the eye itself

Stage 1: The user's damage that is dealt to them is instead done to the opponent instead. The user does not feel the pain, but the effects from the attacks will still be done.
At this stage, the effects only last for 3 posts
Times usable in Battle: 1
Chakura Usage: 10%
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu (Cannot be dispelled)
Stage 2: UNKNOWN
Stage 3: UNKNOWN
Stage 4: UNKNOWN
Let's look at a few examples of the "Gyakugan" being used shall we?
Example1:
Let's say that Shinobi 1 and 2 are facing off. Shinobi 2 has the "Gyakugan."
Shinobi 1 throws a kunai and it strikes shinobi 2. However, before the strike was made, Shinobi 2 activated his "Gyakugan." Now then, instead of shinobi 2 feeling the pain from the kunai, instead, for a time, shinobi 1 feels that pain instead. Once the time has run out though, shinobi 1's pain subsides, but they still feel the fatigue of the blow. Shinobi 2 however, is still fine.
Now, let's also say in that time while the Gyakugan was active, Shinobi 1 jumped at shinobi 2, and punched him across the face, causing shinobi 2 to go flying. Instead of shinobi 2 feeling the pain, shinobi 1 feels the blow across his face. However, shinobi 2 still flies.
Which leads into my NEXT point about the Gyakugan, "After Effects"
Example2:
Let's say a shinobi 1 cuts off a limb off Shinboi 2. However, before they were struck, the shinobi 2 used the "Gyakugan" on them. Now, shinobi 1 lands the blow. Shinobi 2 looses his arm.
Now, shinobi 1 to feel the pain of his arm being lost temporarily (3 posts), but shinobi 2 who LOST the limb will not feel the pain. However, they STILL loose the arm. Once the time is up, the pain would return to the user (Shinobi 2), since they have lost the arm, but the opponent (shinobi 1) has NOT, so they would just feel the fatigue as if they lost their arm for that time...

In order to join "Seisatsu", you must copy and paste the following form below and send a PM to Nekage labeled "Seisatau Application" for approval. As previously stated, if you are told "No", then too bad, so sad, dont b***h and whine to me about it. I have reasons for why I may not let members into Seisatsu, and it's not cause I dont like you, so dont try to play that pity card here...

*Nekage sat with the boy from the Chunnin exams who went by the name Sachi. There was silence between the two of them as Nekage had unannounced told Sachi after the exams they had much to discuss. At the moment, Sachi sat quietly as Nekage stood looking out over the abandoned mountain area that had remained hidden and held to secrecy within Gaioh for so long. It was about midafternoon, so the mountain home to the Seisatsu clan grounds had some light behind it. However, without fixated lamps or lighted candles, it was rather dim. After a brief moment, Nekage finally turned to face the sitting child as he kept a fixated gaze on him*
"....This is what Seisatsu is Sachi...It's a lost ground to have thought to have died out long ago...There is no one left that remembers these grounds as they once were...When the grounds were full of life, and sickness didn't rid them of their power....I've only recently discovered these grounds thanks to you Sachi...With what you've shown at the exams, it seems as though The "Gyakugan" skipped over the line of 3 generations, to arrive on you...You are one of the key survivors to the Seisatsu...Neither your mother nor your father I'm sure have ANY knowledge of what you now have within you...."

Looking around from his seated position Sachi took notice of the grounds. Tapping his foot on the ground Sachi gave himself a view of the once forgotten area. Nekage's words were so foreign to Sachi, like another language. Seisatsu? Gyakugan? What did they mean? For once, Sachi was speechless. All he could do, was reach up with a gentle hand and rest his fingertips on the headband which covered his eyes.
"How...how do you know its me thats a key survivor?" he softly questioned his superior.

*Nekage turned to face the boy face to face. The black fur that atoned his coat drifted gently within the wind that blew through the mountains that day*
"...You're fight at the Chunnin exams...Think back a bits Sachi and think...Did you find it that for a brief moment while you fought that all your pain seemed to suddenly...Vanish?...That your enemy's were instead stricken with pain like you once were?...Think back to it..."

Sachi thought hard about the Chuunin exams and that one fight against Aona. Nekage was right. It was near the end of the fight when his headband flew off when his own pain seemed to dissipate. Did it really transport to Aona?
"I remember...in my fight with Aona...something happened when my headband came off..."
Wrapping his fingers around the top of the headband Sachi pulled down lightly, tugging the symbol of Gaioh down to rest around his neck. Behind the headband were two pale blue eyes, both lacking a pupil or any other discernible feature. They were simply put, blind man's eyes.

*Nekage took a few steps forward before he gently took his palm, and took hold of Sachi's face raising his head so that he stared with his blank gaze right up into Nekage's eyes so that blue met purple*
"...Within you now, and those eyes you thought to be "Useless", you hold a power...Within you, you hold the Seisatsu clan's most sacred technique..."The Gyakugan", or as it's also known as, "The Reverse Eye"..."
