Tatakau Tsubasa, or Fighting Wings, is 20th Anniversary special for the production of Ah! My Goddess. Whether it's the anime or the manga itself, I'm not sure. However, it's not released in the US, but I'm sure it will come up dubbed sooner or later in the year.
It's 2 episodes, following the Eater of Angels arc. If you have no idea what I'm even talking about, go to Borders now and pick up the first graphic novel.
The opening theme is Ai no Hoshi by Jyuaki, who you may know from the second ending from the second season of the TV series, Koibito Doushi. The ending theme is Hanamuke no Melody, also by Jyuaki.
