Section 12: Sepher Yetzirah-Kaplan Four: Fire from water. With it engrave and carve the Throne of Glory, Seraphim, Ophanim, holy Chayot, and Ministering Angels. From the three establish His dwelling, as it is written, "He makes His angels of breaths, His ministers from flaming fire" (P salms 104:4). I've noticed that the text here and the description of HH0 in this video seem to be related. For a number of years I've been perplexed by the idea of fire from water, however, this may be the solution.

Parmenides-Wiki Parmenides says that there are coronas's one enveloping or encircling another, one formed of rare, and the other of dense, others, mixed form of light and darkness, are in the middle. And Parmenides provides, surrounding all these, a [corona like a] wall of some kind, solid and just, under which is a corona of fire. And what is in the most center of all this [the core, kernel of the cosmos in the corona form] is again encircled by [a corona] of fire. And he provides the most middle [layer of corona] of the mixed coronas as the progenitor, for all beings, of all the movements and all the generations. I then compared this quote to this video, and concluded something seemed extremely similar. Was Parmenides aware of something we were not? How completely accurate is our interpretation of the ancient texts, of civilizations lasting far beyond our own? Have we become arrogant in our presumption of the ignorance of the ancients?
