What I'm going to write here is all spoilers pertaining to Episode 23. So, if you're not there yet, read at your own risk >.>!!

When Lockon was dying he said something about a Lyle person. I've heard alot of rumors that Lyle is Lockon's "Twin Brother" who we caught a glimpse of in Episode 9. I have to say, this theory is so plausible, it's very believe able, but I have yet to believe anything until the show itself gives us definite, solid proof.
I had a discussion with a few fans awhile back about this and one mentioned that Lockon's flashbacks never showed anything about a brother; only a Mother, Father, and Sister. I asked him to give me another answer about the look-a-like in the cemetery and he said he may be Lockon's clone.
I didn't particularly like that theory, considering the whole clone-age thing with Seed and Destiny -.-; But again, it may be possible.
So what do you guys think? Who is he and what role will he play in the future of 00?

OMG! I'm so glad you posted this, because I was wondering an awful lot about it too! My first inclination was that Lyle was Lockon's twin brother, but they really didn't show any evidence in the flashbacks that he had a brother. So then the clone idea popped into my head, too!! @w@ I'm not sure what to believe, they both seem perfectly plausible to me.
I do believe, though, since they are being so secretive about his true identity now, that he will have a significant role in the future. I'm just not creative enough to come up with what that might be... crying

Haha, great minds think alike XDD;
My sister has this crazy idea that Lockon and his brother actually switched places whenever they got a chance. She thinks that's why he's so angry sometimes, but I never get what she's talkin' about xD I've heard around that people are hoping that Lyle will replace Lockon later as a Gundam Meister.
But idk if he knows how to pilot it, unless my sister's theory on the switching twins is correct, lol. Plus, no one can replace Lockon ;__; Not even an identical twin/ clone... I just hope he's as nice as Lockon was and as humourous, too. T__T Oh, god, I' miss Lockon...*cries*

Hahaha, I was just listening to an appropriate song. No. Not even his identical twin could replace him. He was just too awesome.

Yes, but Wiki is not the most reliable source of all since ANYONE can access it. There's no real proof besides the episodes, and even then they never said he was a twin. But again, highly possible that Lyle is Lockon's smexy twin bro.

I've thought about that a lot too, but I'm still too upset (despite this episode being over a week old) to further speculate. Have any of you seen Gundam Wing though? I'm so hoping that Lockon is not actually dead. There was no body! And I'm thinking about Trowa (from Gundam Wing) who blew up too, and totally came back (just without his memory). But then I'm like...probably not...

Great minds and all... ^_^ I have this odd feeling that it won't happen, but according to my roomie (whose memory is better than mine) Gundam series have habit of blowing up characters that don't really die...
