Every day I run into a few people who got banned on March 10th, but aren't aware of the cause being a glitch, and even less aware of the possibility of making an appeal. Every day I get more and more frustrated, thinking about how many unrightfully banned users that might not find out about the chance of appealing before the time limit is up.
For this reason, I ask you to help me spread the word about this. I don't want you to post it everywhere you go, but if you happen upon someone who seems to fit the conditions, please please please tell them about the appeal, and the time limit.
In case you don't know what to say, here comes a suggestion of mine, in code for easy ctrl+c, ctrl+v access.
If you got innocently banned for botting on March 10th, 2008, you have the possibility to appeal to be unbanned.
On March 10th, a glitch caused several hundred accounts to be banned at once, and a lot of them were innocent. Lanzer and the Gaia admins have acknowledged that there were innocent users banned, and a lot of them are already unbanned. However, for the ones still banned, they need to fill out a special appeal in order to have the bans reviewed again.
