One-liners, speeches, anything that really sticks in your head, you know?
I may as well start with what inspired me to make this thread, right after clearing Mission 24 in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.
Generic Soldier: 4,500 feet...3,500 feet...Screw this, I'm getting a parachute.
Another Generic Soldier: 2,500 feet...1,500 feet...ISN'T ANYONE ELSE WORRIED ABOUT THIS?
1st Generic Soldier: Wait, this isn't a parachute, it's a sleeping bag...aw, crap.
That's not my favorite one, though...that still goes to Max Payne 2.
Gets me every time, man.

One of my favorites comes the Ratchet and Clank series, "Quark cereal! Now with more sugar coated sugar! Mmmmm!"
Almost anything from Katamari Damacy makes me laugh, but the king's bit about having broken the sky, still leaves me cackling, "We broke it. Yes, we were naughty. Completely naughty. So, so very sorry. But just between you and us, it felt quite good."
From Resident Evil 4 Leon asks, "Your hand comes off?" Given all the other weird crap, I suppose it would seem like a natural question.
James in Silent Hill 2, "Don't worry, I'm not crazy! Least, I don't think so," it brings a whole new level of discomfort to the game as you ponder whether or not you're playing a psychopath.
