well lord orochimaru dies and kabuto fuses oro. body parts with him so he can kill sasuke but oro. is coming back through him... there may be no more kabuto...

My theory is Orochimaru will slowly take over...then suddenly a inner battle starts between Orochimaru and Kabuto with their combatants of flying pigs and chickens. They'll battle in a war of thumb wrestle and Kabuto will win. After he wins he'll find Charlie and the other Unicorns and will go to Candy Mountain with them then he'll find out he's really a gingerbread man and he live happily ever after in Candy Land.
It's the Mackinaw Island fudge, don't ask. XD
