Some are dead wrong.
-Peach can own. Own alot. One of my best characters.
-Pokemon Trainer WAY higher. Best all-around.
-Pikachu a little lower. He's good, but not that good.
-Ice Climbers should be higher. There good in certain situations.
-Kirby is not number one.

This list is totally wrong.Toon Link and Pit are way too low on the list. Pit > Meta Knight. Also, Wolf and Fox > Falco. Pikachu's too low on the list, too; ever heard of quick attack cancel? Pika can be faster than Sonic. This list is no good at all.
I could make a more proper list given time to try everyone out and write the thing.

That list is epic fail. Dedede is amazing. Diddy Kong is among the top. Bowser is vastly underrated. Wolf and Olimar are top tier. I will agree that pikachu and snake are overpowered though.

I really have yet to see anyone truly use toon link against me (watching videos just doesn't do it for me). I can't really use him personally.

i would rate brawl:
graphics 10/10
control 10/10
music,voice, other sounds 10/10
game modes 9.5/10 could use more modes
play value 10/10
characters 10/10 but could be better with more characters
stages 10/10 also could use more stages
and thats how i would rate brawl and i know u said brawlers but i wanted to rate the game itself if that was ok

Toon Link should be higher up.
Kirby is good, but not number one.
Wolf needs to be higher.
Pit higher.
Sonic higher.
Luigi, Samus, Yoshi, and Pikachu-all lower.

Wow, that's a pretty horrible list! razz Meta Knight should be way higher IMO, and Jigglypuff is definitely NOT last in the tier list. (Thinking of my friend that OWNS with Jigglypuff. Fight him, and you know what I'm talking about.)

i bet the maker of the list organized it from the characters he/she uses the most to the characters that he/she cant beat and gets mad at and puts it last

Simply put, this list must die.
1 Final Smashes ARE NEVER USED AT ALL
2 HOW IS KIRBY DECEPTIVE? i grant it to his stone ability and that's it.
3 Snake, a good placement, but for the wrong reasons.
4 Omg, i wont even get started on jiggly at 35.
