Character Ranks:

Gods/Goddesses: They are able to control there element the best out of everyone. Though they do have there weaknesses and can't live forever, there practically able to create mass destruction with just a snap of there fingers. There highly respected among others who are able to control the same element. - 1 male, and 1 female each

General: Second in command, and the next best at controling there element. They help keep the peace through out there domain, and are in a way like bodyguards for the gods/goddesses (even though it's highly unlikely that they would need them).- 3

Lieutenants: There skills almost rival those of people who are positioned as Generals, but not quiet. They appear to be almost like assistants for Genrals and spend some time gathering information for them about what's happening around the island.- 4

Monk/Priestess: They are around the second most highly respected people on the islands. They are one of the only two people who are able to enter the sacred shrines located at the bottom of each tower. There they are able to communicate with gods and goddesses of their elements who have passed on. Sometimes they are given information about either good fortune for their island in the future or warned about disasters that may occur. They are also the only people who are able to use there ability to heal people with.- 2 males, 2 females each

Fighters: The strong who are sometimes called apon to defend their island from on coming battles, or just to keep the peace. They are considered the best at using their element with combat even though it might not be as great the lieutants or genrals skills.- unlimited

Others: They are able to control their element pretty well. They are sometimes wanderers, or possibly some great fighters apprentice. (for anyone who chooses others, they can also have like their character's abilities develope incase they want to change there position.)- unlimited

Personality: Cold and manipulative loves nothing more than utter chaos. Although she is 17 she often acts older and superior to those who are even older than her.
Appearance (Nothing like it looks like my avatar though, pictures are always appreciated): She has a look of innocence about her that can fool at first glance, however her eyes don't hide the cruelty that lies there.

History: Little is know other than that she was for most of her life a wanderer never staying anywhere for very long. She caused a great deal of trouble as she did however and was eventualy forced to own up to her actions. As it was found she had strong abilitys they hoped by training her to use her gift she would use it wisely. For a time it seemed as if she was and became quite powerful. After the untimely death of the last goddess of darkness she was chosen to be the next.

Personality:Usually minds her own bussiness and keeps o herself. But be warned she is quick to anger.
Appearance:
History:As a child she lived in the icy tundra with her mother. Her mother was a powerful preistess for the previous god of ice and was quite important to the isalnd as she held a great many powers, knowledge and knew how to manipulate the islands well. This gave Rins mother power and respect, more than what the god of ice would have wanted. He felt threatened by Rins mother and Rin being trained by her and so muredered the mother and set to destroy Rin. But as her mother lay dying on the snow she laughed a cold as she spoke one sentence that struck fear into his heart You foolish god. Now Rin shall be the goddess and will spare oyu no mercy as she sends you into hell...where i will await you...it was what she was trained for No sooner had this sentenced been spoken did Rin feel her heart become nothung but ice, she no longer cared for anyone and would deal with murderers accordingly and he was first on her list.
But surpisingly Rin did not kill the former god, she felt that death was too good a sentence for him. So instead she stripped of him powers and banished from the island never to return. Though rumours fly that Rin had killed him, but they do not know the truth and she will not correct them unless need be.
