i finally got to do my first suspension! it was amazing - pictures here:

i'm the girl doing the four-point resurrection. my boyfriend did a two-point suicide, and our friend kelley was up in an eight-point lotus.

so happy!

ah, but even my boyfriend (who has no pain tolerance, and is terrified of needles) was loving it biggrin go fly! so much fun!

I'm oddly intreagued by the notion of suspension. I kinda wanna try it, but at the same time, I'm petrified that my skin will just shred.

i'd shiver to think of how much weight it would take to rip a hook out of one's skin - a helluva lot more than one person's weight, that much i know. skin's not gonna shred that easy biggrin

at the last norcalsuscon, there was a 250 lb fellow holding up another guy while in a two point suicide, and he was fine smile
