Maplestory was a bit confusing for me. The key layout was a bit awkward, had there been a controller I might of liked the game a bit more.
One of the main problems I had was the million and one beginner quest's that it kept throwing at me. Its like come on show me how to fight then move me on into the world. I don't really care what your brothers sisters mother thinks of you. This is an action game let me kill things aimlessly till my little hearts content without having to walk over to people and read their bubble writing every 2 minutes.
When I did happen to die on accident ( not fun to die in the beginner area ) it threw me into some town where I had no idea where the heck I was. Thats when I got tired of the game and quit.
Maybe I should have gone on from there but I was just majorly annoyed from that point on.
I really did want to enjoy the game. Can you give some examples or reasons for me to download and try this game out again?

Jeeze, Maplestory. Second MMO I played after Runescape.
Well, the only reason there's so much quests and not that much "action" is because it's 2D, it's aimed towards cute and casual gamers, unless you somehow make it hardcore enough.
I was actually pretty content with most of it, bothered by the horrible grind and bunch of immature and childish community, but eh.
