Jacobo looked at me with disappointment. "Ah, okay, it'll take us some time to hook you up anyway."
I told Lanzer to hang on for just a second cause I remembered something.
I went back into the main computer lab and found the bag that had my goodies on it. I took out the stick of deodorant and laid it on VO's desk. After that, I found the condom and put it on L0cke's desk. I left him a note that said, "Surprise me". After that I ran back into the living room.
Lanzer glared at me. He put his shoes on and he handed me two plastic bags that had the words "Wonder Bread" written across them. He told me those were my shoes. I put my feet in each bag and tied string around my ankles to hold them there. Then we went outside to his car. He got in the drivers seat and I called shotgun. Even though no one else was with us.
We drove down the road and Lanzer turned on this weird techno music. I tried head banging, but every time I did, he'd reach over and slap me and tell me to stop. Eventually, we reached this big building and I asked Lanzer where we were. He said it was called a mall.
We went inside and I was amazed. We stood near a whole bunch of clothes, and jewelry. Lanzer told me we had to walk around and find the men's clothing. We walked by a whole area full of bras. I grabbed one and threw it at Lanzer. It landed lopsided on his head. He grabbed a hold of it while I laughed at him and threw it back at me. I told him that pink was his color. He slapped me twice.
We eventually found the men's clothes after I looked at the kitchenware and demand that Lanzer buy a deep fryer. He said no and slapped me. Told me I didn't need that fat stuff. And I also took some thongs from the underwear department and snapped them at him like rubber bands. He was getting mad at me. I was just trying to have fun. I took a black one that said "sexy" on it and put it on his head when he was asking for help from one of the clerks there.
He told me I wouldn't eat for a week.
Once we found the clothes, Lanzer started looking through everything. It took us a few hours, but he finally got shirts and a few new pairs of pants. We went and stood in line, and these other people stood behind us. When it was our turn the lady rang up the purchases and put them in a bag. She took the receipt and handed it to Lanzer.
"Thank you, Mr. Liu, you have a good day now!"
That's when the people behind us yelled, "IT IS YOU!"
Both Lanzer and I whipped around. A girl and a guy came bounding over to us.
"Oh, I've always wanted to meet you!" the girl exclaimed, "I can't believe it's here that I would meet you!"
"I know!" the guy said, "Can we have your autograph!?"
"Sure!" Lanzer stated, shoving the bags in my arms and pulling out a permanent marker. "What are your usernames?"
"Oh!" the girl looked up, "I'm GeneralBlueRaven! And this is my friend Knil of 126!"
Knil looked around and realized that he didn't have a paper or anything for Lanzer to sign. He tore open his shirt instead.
"Sign my chest!!"
Lanzer looked at Knil for a second then shrugged. He came forward and wrote his name in big fancy letters across Knil's chest.
"Sign my leg! And my arm!" General shouted. So, Lanzer signed her leg and her arm."
Knil looked so excited. "Wait until I tell everyone in the GCD that I had my chest signed by Lanzer! I won't be a thread killer anymore!"
"I'll never wash my arm and leg again!" General said as she threw her arms around Knil.
"Well, it was nice talking to you two, and be on the look out for the new profiles and the battle system!" Lanzer said before waving good-bye.
Knil and General both waved and had these big smiles across their faces. After we left and returned to the car, Lanzer asked me if I wanted to go to a shoe store with him. It was either that, or return back home...
