"I did'nt think i'd have some partners here too, alright this training might be better than I thought." Neoshin came in from the front and set his stuff down getting right to some practice exercises. By dropping down to his right arm he'd begin some single armed push ups and go at a steady pace focusing on his training until the sensei of the dojo had arrived.

Shizuma did as he was told and went to the bag and drug a set of clothes out and began to change, he already knew these new weights where going to be tough to get use to, and he couldn't help wondering if this training would actually benefit him in anyway.

Their new outfits looked much like a jounin's suit, the jacket was 300 pounds the under portion was a total 100, the gloves headband and shoes were a combined 100 and then there was a set of ankle weights that weight 200 pounds each, these made it near impossible to move effectively but was still well balanced so not to completely destroy their balance.

Shizuma watched the other guy make an atempt with the wall and then got a great idea he drew his tanto and then lined himself with the wall and then calculated his angles and ran toward it and just at the halfway mark to the wall he used the white streak and increased his speed and jumped to the wall and then frmo the wall her lept away and used his sword to do the white chakra skyward slash and it propelled him higher and using the end of his sword he stabed the ring of the kunai and pulled it out of the ceiling and caught it in mid air before crashing to the floor on his back laying there and strugling to sit up but still confident. "And that is how a Hatake does it!"

"Oh well I did'nt know we had to do anything to get it down.... well in that case." Neoshin would simply start a basic dash again and do the same motion as when he did the frist time useing his momentum on the wall and then perpel himself into the air. Once he knew he could'nt make the jump like last time he would use the heavenly rotation to spring himself in a whirlwind and repel himself upwards twisting off the air and easily snatch the kunai out of the ceiling making his way to the ground and landing on the mat. "Hyuuga style..... never fails." Neoshin said spinning the kunai on his finger
