I feel really bad about not posting basically anything since I've joined, but that is mostly due to my complete lack of creativity for a while. Most of my story ideas haven't been working, but I was quite happy with this little snippet. I know nothing will make sense, because no one on here knows the characters or story, I'd just like some feedback on the scene in general...
"Ace! Help me!" Isaac shouted, still trying to drag Lara away as she struggled against the redhead.
"Let me go!" She protested, pulling at his hands and trying desperately to unlatch his arms.
"Ugh." Ace grunted, grabbing Lara's arms and helping to pull her to the door.
"You don't get it!" She pleaded with the other Hawks. "Its not him! He was serious! He's dangerous!"
"That's why you're coming with us!" Isaac said, pulling her another few feet. "And Azaile's staying to take him out." Suddenly, there was Azaile, he had appeared around the corner. A blotch of blood stained the front of his shirt, and there was a long rip up his sleeve.
"Go!" He shouted. "Get out of here now!"
"-but what about-" Ace stared, but Azaile cut him off.
"She can run. Go!" This time it was an order, not a suggestion. Both the Hawks released Lara and hurried off down the hallway. "You're going too Lara."
"No I'm-"
"Lara! You don't realize-"
"No, you don't realize! I'm staying here with you, even if..." A gunshot reverberated around the cramped hall. There was a grunt from Azaile and he slid to the ground next to Lara's feet. Coran stood at the end of the hall, the gun still held in his lowered hand.
"You don't get it, Lara." He said, completely ignoring Azaile, who was now on the ground, gasping. "I'm not the person you knew; he's gone."

Hi, thanks for posting and given life back into this place.
Oooh!
I'm a little confused (as you said I'd be) What I've read is really interesting. If you have anymore of this story feel free to post it so I can understand it a little more. But it's a good beginning. Keep writing.
