Owing to some incidents involving Jinchuuriki, Arashi is going to personally implement a training regime for Sansai, Mina, and Nomu to prevent future outbursts of dangerousness. And possibly to improve relations with Cloud, hopefully try to defuse the war.

Essentially, this will be a closely-knit group of Arashi's closest followers. Special Jutsus will be given to these members, as well as the simple fact that they will know the most intimate goings-on within the village.

~ mayumi ryoku, is heading to Hidden Stone to re-establish ties set in place by previous Kusakage, Midou.

~Mayumi has spoken of "off the record" plans that Hidden Grass has with the Tsuchikage and her guest, the Hokage. No one in the Thunder Alliance is aware of Grass' intentions to leave the alliance and become a neutral territory. NO ONE but the Hokage and the Tsuchikage (and of course Ryoku and the Kusakage) KNOW of this plot. As a side note, Grass is not planning to leave the alliance anytime soon, but it is in the future.

~ Kusakage is going to hire a shinobi to track the known Akatsuki, Etsuko, and bring him to trial for crimes against the Grass Village.

Hidden Grass' Ultimate Purpose

It is the ultimate goal of Hidden Grass, to become a vast empire by broadening its reach and influence in other countries.Grass will NOT take over a country, but will merely try to acquire some level of diplomatic control over surrounding areas. (Their first move is going to be annexing the Kokuungakure. Im not going to take it over, just merely extend the reach of my borders to include their small valley. They will still be neutral and a merchant village as per all agreements) NOTE: This is a Heavy Work in Progress and is not going to happen Overnight. It will be a long and strenuous project. Also of NOTE: This will not be accomplished by power and threatenings. It will be done through strengthening ties to other villages and gaining favor with them until I can get the results I am hoping for. I will smile greatly when my plans succeed)
