WTF?!?!?!
I distinctly remember the celery as part of the outfit... and I haven't seen all that much of Five's episodes, but wasn't he the one who went sans-screwdriver?? o-O

I thought the sonic screwdriver was destroyed in "The Visitation", the Fifth Doctor's fourth story. Not very far into his era.

According to that site Grace_Hunter mentioned, the figure is supposed to be from Resurrection of the Daleks, which doesn't make any sense at all because then he wouldn't have the sonic screwdriver and I think his sweater was a bit different. So maybe it was actually from one of the first episodes? Maybe Castrovalva. Then the celery thing would be okay. Sorta. [/nerd]
...if I get that figure (which I fully intend to), I am adding celery. Somehow. xD

Or maybe he got really hungry and decided to eat the celery? whee But technically it's not real celery... he got it in Castrovalva, which was an illusion, and then he got more during Enlightenment, from the Eternals, therefore that was presumably also an illusion. But still... they have deprived Five of his celery. They must be punished.
