Ok, so like I have a nack for naming most of my stories after song titles...dont know why, but it seems to fit most of the time anyway. But here is an exert of Book One to the Goddess Warrior Series that I have currently created and that I am currently handwritting! Hope you like!
A Beautiful Lie exert 1
He found her. Yes, he finally had found his Goddess Warrior. But, the confusion that was on upon her face... The b*****d had locked away her memory. She was physically there, but her memories of him, of everything, were gone. He didnt know how to act towards this. He got off the railing, landing before her softly. His hand was still extended to her, hoping she would take a hold of it. 'Please take my hand,' he thought. She wouldn't take it, he knew for certain just by the look on her pretty face. Her forest eyes pleaded for an answer, but because her memory was gone, he could not give her the right answer. He allowed his hand to drop by his side, diverting his eyes. He found her, then realized that she was still gone, gone from the very beginning.
My dear Arielle, what has happened to you? Did that b*****d take your memories? Sealed them away so you could not remember your past? Or me? Did he corner you and rip your lovely soul apart? Why did it have to happen? Why you of all the Demons in the world?
He could not bare the lost confusion that was still in her eyes. It was best to clear her fresh thoughts of him and allow her to live this so called life of hers. Just as he thought about it, he noticed a shadow behind him. He turned around, and flew back as something painfully sharp hit his shoulder.

So here is exert 2 from Book One of the Goddess Warrior Series ^^
Arielle opened her eyes to find herself in the darkness. Frantically, she searched for light and found it coming from overhead. There was a broken window, allowing rain and the street lamp's light to come in. She was a bit worried on where she was, but for some reason she knew she was safe. Turning her eyes around the vast space of the place, which looked like an abandoned warehouse, she considered it to be somewhere near Dark Light Harbor. She pushed herself up to sit, and heard a groan. Turning her eyes to the sound, she gazed at James who was opening his own eyes.
James turned his brown eyes to her, a smile coming to his face. She was ok, safe, and- turning his eyes to her hands- still clutching that damn diary. 'Arielle,' he said, sitting up himself. He let out a painful groan as a jolt went through his upper back. He heard a gasp come from her suddenly and he had to chuckle. 'Yeah,' he stated. 'I'm trying to figure out why I have wings too.' He turned his gaze back to her, watching her carefully. Her eyes were gazing at the white, demon-like wings in awe. She seemed to have this knowlegde in her eyes that could have meant anything. her eyes turned back to him. 'The Angel that attacked me-'
'He's been taken care of.' a voice stated. The two turned their eyes to the door, seeing the two Demons from before. As they walked forward, James wrapped his arm around her waist protectively. 'So, you managed to save her. Good job, but your duty is done.' Daniel stated.
