The Problem...
Ahoy matey's! This be your Vice-captain speaking. As some of you may have noticed, the Captains, and the Crew have all been rather absent lately, and first off, I would like to apologize. Things have been hectic in my life, and I would imagine it's quite the same with the rest of the lot. But, that's not rightly fair to the guild to leave you understaffed and unmanned, so I think it's time to go about seeking some new blood in the management.
Want to be a part of the Crew?
So, if you think you have what it takes to be a Crew member in the 18+ guild, either post a brief description of why you think you are right for the job here, or PM me. I'll personnally review all applications, decide who is to be promoted.
Already a member of the Crew?
Well then, I'm going to ask you to drop me a line, again here or on PM to let me know what is going on, and if you feel you are still up to being a crew member.
At this time, I am looking at adding Three new crew members. That said, if there are more then that many qualified people who seem interested in the job, I will hire more.
This is an UNPAID position. All you get for doing this is the knowledge that you are making the 18+ guild a bit better.

ll Everlasting Rain ll Has been promoted to Crew. He is the only person at this point who has expressed an interest in the position at this point, but he has made strives to improve the place, and to be active.
Let it be known, that if the other Crew do not contact me by the 1st of May, they will be demoted back to normal members.

Oh wow, how rude. I forgot to congratulate the two of you. Congratulations. I've been in a few guild's in my time, and the 18+ has always been the best. Even if I forget to post for month's on end...
