Guild owner has sort of become a figurehead position around here.
When I started this guild, I had hoped to continue to aid its growth but with everything I have going in my life right now (School, work, training, attempting to start a business, girlfriend...) I just don't have the time.
While I certainly don't plan on dropping out of the guild just yet, if anyone has a plan for increasing activity and building our membership, I will gladly pass on the torch (Meaning I'll handle over ownership duties to them.)

I'd stick around, just not in a leadership capacity.
The guild has been really slow as of late, and I just don't have the time to turn it around.

crying don't worry Masti, we're just going through a sleepy period seems you're not the only one who's busy. We'll have more activity soon. Maybe we could advertise is some forum for new members?

I'm actually considering proposing a merger with one or more guilds. Not sure how it'd work. If anyone knows any guild members who'd like to increase their membership by a lot...

A merger might not be a bad idea, but do keep in mind that you're not the only one who's been busy, Masti! I don't think I've even logged on in about a week and a half, two weeks, maybe more. The weather's getting nicer and I've been enjoying it. ^.^

Man, I've been avoiding logging onto Gaia a lot lately...
I have no idea why, but the idea always seems so intimidating and involved for me nowadays.
It would appear, ironically, that being conversational with Masti at the time of being invited to the guild has caused a growth of something that now keeps me too occupied to carry out my original reason for having been approached to begin with.
Anyway, this isn't about me.

WHOA WHOA WHOA!? you're thinking of giving up your master position in a guild YOU created!? NOOOOOOO!!!!!! we will chain your pixelated hand to the forum box if we have to. i mean, your reasons behind it do make sense but.....NOOOOO DON"T GOOOO!!!!!
Masti, this guild was your vision and you created it! I know you don't have time, what with the girlfriend, school, work, etc., to run it anymore, but please don't leave for good no matter what. Just.... promise you'll get on from time to time and see everyone okay? a guild without its leader is like a flower missing its pedals.
