Long ago, in ancient Japan... a great and fierce dragon destroyed all in its wake. But, six warriors of an ancient clan were able to seal it. The dragon was so mighty that the warriors had to use a blood red jewel tempered by the heat of the very gods themselves... but the clan, and the jewel, were lost to time... The jewel, they never realized, was so powerful it constantly radiated an energy they would never predict... it made... Guardians.

Tazma woke up slowly. It didn't matter to him what today was... he was tired. Today he went to college for the first time. And it was the last normal morning he would have ever again. He quietly shoved a jacket on and almost left his room. He quickly remembered his roommates Aden and Sonia loved to mess around in his room and ran a check of the room to see if they were there. Then, for the last time, Tazma opened his bed room door and left his room for the last time in a year.
He looked around slowly and saw Aden sitting on the couch. "Already up, huh?" he said. Aden quickly replied "Yeah. I couldn't sleep, so I spent the night taking apart and rebuilding our computer." "Again?" "Yeah. Added 3 gigs to it too." "Damn, man... how do you know this stuff?" Aden simply shrugged in reply. Tazma wonder out loud "Where's Sonia?" Almost instantly after he said that, eyes gleemed out of the shadows of his open bedroom door. And then, it said his name.
When Tazma heard his name come from the supposedly empty room, he shot through the roof. "WAAAAAAAAAAH!!" he screamed. "Calm down Tazma. It's me," Sonia said camly, "I didn't even yell." Tazma calmed down and caught Aden snickering. "Shut the hell up." He said through his teeth. "Make me." Aden replied. "Gladly!" said Tazma as he rolled up his sleeves. "Boys! Stop! We kinda need to get somewhere..." Sonia said trembling. "Oh. Um... yeah."
The chasers near the house were loading their guns as Tazma, Aden, and Soina walked out. The scout chaser called out with a low cry that only they could understand. Their leader walked forward, his black armor glowing in the sun, his sun hat giving him shade, and his twin samurai swords on his back. Hontoo looked menacing and dark and all who stood before him coward in fear. Hontoo grumbled in a deep, robotic voice, "Are the targets on the move?" "Yes sir." the scout replied. "Then we move at 1200." Hontoo said as he drew one of his blades, "Long live Sae!" He yelled as he thrust his blade into the air. "RAAAH!" his 100 strong chaser battalion replied. Tazma's reflection in Hontoo's blade flickered slowly.
Tazma's first few periods ran plain and nothing really happened. In his current period, for some reason he just had an unexplainable dislike for the teacher. Mr. Sai Kajiyama looked tired and unshaven, but was smarter than he looked. Tazma just hated him for some reason. He coulden't realize the chaos that would come next. In a flash, a sneakily placed bomb on the door suddenly blew apart the room, and instantly, robot-like things began to pour in.
Instantly, robots began pouring into the room. Sai reacted almost like he predicted them. Within seconds, he pulled the fire alarm. "Everyone! Forget your things and just run!" Sai yelled in the chaos. He didn't need to say it twice. The majority of the class had already fled, all but Tazma. Stricken with fear, he barely held his quivering grin. "W-what the..?" Tazma trembled. One of the robots spoke in a low, digital voice. "Soldier! Come here!" it barked. Most of the room was filled with stationary robots, knowing they had secured the room. They all had glowing fins on their shoulders and head. They also had, instead of a left arm, a cannon with three angles. A black viser covered their faces, only revealing two glowing, tiny eyes. Only one stepped forward. It had a target for an eye and a single barrel, instead of three, cannon. "Yessir!" It said to its apparent leading officer. "Is it here?" The lead officer inquired. "Yes." the scout said, pointing at Tazma.
Suddenly, a blade poked through the scout. To Tazma's surprise, blood spilled out. The robot screamed out in an eerily human voice. It wasn't a robot. It was human. The robot... uh... human fell down as the blade drew itself from him. It slowly shortened and lead to Sai! Within seconds, shots began flying at him. The room was back into uproar. Tazma was awe-struck by the blade he suddenly had. It was short, no longer than a dagger, with two seperate, shorter blades on the sides of it. It extended every time it was swung, and it looked as it could for a seemingly infinite length. Sai had new clothes too; a long red coat and huge belt looped over his shoulder. What is happening? Tazma thought.
