oo1. Please note that if you are going to join... don't just join because you want to boost the number of guild you're in. No... honestly, we don't want those kinds of people here. If we Mods see that you don't post a single thing in a week since the date that you've joined us, I'm sorry to say, but we will have to ban you. If you don't want to be ban then don't just sit there! oo2. We are sorry to say but proper grammar and spelling is a must. And do not forget your punctuation. Though text talk is easier and way more fun, it confuses people. Some get major headaches when they can't understand text talk. And it is just plain irritating. Use the spell checker or Microsoft Word if you have to. Capishe?
oo3. Cussing is allowed. People curse all the time. We don't want you to cuss in every single line that you say because frankly... it would arouse many angry people in this guild at you. I personally don't like cussing. But we're loosening the leash here a bit. So you wanna cuss? Go ahead. But we don't want to see you doing this:
"Oh my ******** God. Shut the ******** up. No, no. ******** you gay mother of a b***h! Lemme ******** curse any s**t that I want effing to." Eh... see what I mean? So lay back on the cussing and keep it minimum, alright? Thank you! =D
oo4. Oh, and no discrimination, fighting, flaming -- debate is good though -- in this guild. For example, if a person dislike you and you don't like it, talk about it through pm or somewhere else. Not in the threads. Do try to be respectful to other members. We are all here to get better. So, peace out! blaugh
oo5. Do not send any spam mail, affiliates or what ever that can be considered as junk to other players. Oh that means no spamming in the threads too. If we find you doing so, being the kind Mods we are, we'll forgive you for the first time. But if you do that twice and we catch you doing it {which we will}, we will definitely ban you. Period.

oo6. First off, I know that all of you people are very talented. But please please pleaaase people. Don't put up a picture/graphic/artwork that can make the silly horizontal scrollbar appear. Because it's simply ugly and horrid looking. If you do that, we will personally take it down for you. Or if we didn't have the mood that day {which seldom happens}, we might as well just ban you. sad So don't do that. Pleasums?
oo7. No nudity graphics or anything else related to it. No. Absolutely not. Not once. No. Just, no. Sexy, yes. But no nudity. This is the interweb, peoples! So that means plenty of people will be watching. Yes, all kinds of people. No matter their skin, their hair, their eyes, their religion, their... whatever else they are. First time, we'll take it down for you without notice. If you do that again, we will not only ban you from this guild. We will inform the Gaia Admins and Mods and they can find your IP address and ban you from Gaia totally. So keep things in here PG-13, please. ^^

oo8. Please don't post your request anywhere else than the Main Forum. Not only because it would avoid confusion and untidiness within the guild, it also results on your request being unaccepted. You see? Not only it affects us, but also you. So please... listen to your poor lil' ol' Mod here and post your request only in the Main Forum, kay? Kay. ^^
oo9. So once you've post your request and is still not accepted, don't fret. You may bump it once per 3 days ONLY. Yes you can bump up until 10 pages {of course we won't ignore a request for that long}, but bump only once every three days. If you do less than that, well... just don't expect us to accept it for quite sometime. ><;; Oh and don't reply to your request thread that you've updated your request either. Because that would be count as bumping too. You can edit your post and post updated in it and the date you've updated your request. Easy as pie.
o1o. So here's the deal. You can request as many things as you like... buuut, you can only post ONE thread for all your request using the form given in this thread here. Just make sure to post one request one at a time. You can't be requesting everything today and another request of everything tomorrow now, can you? xD
o11. So if an artist has accepted your request and they don't reply after 3 days has passed, you can remind them about it via PM only. Not that you can't interact with them, but it can really irk them, ya know? Unless they stated otherwise, you can remind them on however you want. Now, we are aware that you want your request as fast as you can, but they have a life too and it takes up most of their time. So chill back and relax. :]
o12. If you want a specific artist to do your request, please state so in your thread subject/topic. It would save you from waiting so long, and the artist getting chided at. If the artist that you have specifically requested does not reply on your first bump {means after three days since you posted your request} you may PM them only ONCE. Yes, contacting the artist more than once is a big no no, so if you do contact them more than once, it will result in you getting a PM from one of the Mods.
o13. If the artist has stated that they are unable to fill your request, please do not bother them anymore. You may re-open your order and so the process of bumping begin again. whee

o14. For the artists, you can only accept 3 request the maximum. No more than that. I'm sure all of you have your own business to attend to in real life, so we wouldn't want be the one to burden you. But if that one request post contains many graphics, I advice you that it is best if you just accept one request. We're not asking you to accept as many order as you can, cause... we're not. Remember, making graphics is suppose to be fun and not frustrating. So chill. ;]
o15. If a member has specifically asked for you, and you haven't finished it in a week period of time, you may post in that thread and say so and so. Please don't leave the requester hanging there. If you're going away to somewhere or is just being very busy, please inform the requester and post in the `artist away;; thread.
o16. It's an obvious fact that if another artist have already accepted the request, you can't claim it as yours. I mean... two artists doing a request? That's just absurd. lol. There's plenty of open requests around, so pick one that hasn't been accepted.
o17. Now you may be wondering if you're an artist or not. The members who the Mods think earn the Artist status will be notify via PM that they're an artist. The artist will be given a gift from the Mods too that you have to put in your signature in order for others to tell and acknowledge you as one. So for those members who try and make their own gift will result in being chided at. Yes, we can tell if you cheated in making your own gift or not. So, be afraid. Be very afraid. xD
